How to make a passion fruit green smoothie.
Dietary Interest: vegetarian, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, low fat, low sodium, no added sugar, raw foods, vegan
- 1 passion fruit
- 10 leaves of swiss chard
- 1 banana
- 200 gr fresh or frozen apricots
- Juice of 3 oranges
- 10 pitted dates or another sweetener of your choice (honey, stevia, maple syrup etc.)
- 1L water
- Place all the ingredients into the blender container and secure lid.
- Turn the machine on and slowly increase speed to the maximum.
- Blend for one minute or until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately.
