The Novak Djokovic Foundation continued its mission of supporting children and families across Serbia this year through the Caravan of Happiness project, which, during its closing activities in 2025, brought joy and holiday magic to the youngest members of socially vulnerable families.

The Caravan of Happiness headed north, visiting children aged three to seven from Sombor, Apatin, and Kula who receive social welfare support. It then continued on to the association Dečje srce. The goal of this project – through which more than 600 children were delighted with New Year’s gift packages this year – is to ensure that every child feels warmth, care, and the support of the community, regardless of the circumstances in which they are growing up.

The Novak Djokovic Foundation was founded on a deep belief that every child deserves a happy childhood and equal opportunities to succeed. Through projects such as the Caravan of Happiness, the Foundation strives to provide not only material support, but also a sense of belonging, security, and hope.

We do this because we know that every child deserves the chance to grow up surrounded by support, care, and love,” said Maja Kremić, National Director of the Novak Djokovic Foundation.

The 2025 edition of the Caravan of Happiness was made possible thanks to the support of partners and donors who recognized the importance of investing in the youngest generations: LPP, RaspberryPlum EU, Aksa d.o.o., Mekdan d.o.o. – TC BIG, Lomax Company d.o.o., JRJ, Fabrika Dečje Hrane d.o.o., Pčelica Publishing House, Transfera d.o.o., Oralent d.o.o. (Curaprox), Eurocom International d.o.o., the National Theatre of Sombor, PepsiCo d.o.o., LogiStar, Swisslion-Takovo d.o.o., Knjaz Miloš, Jumbo Travel, and Infostud / Inspira Group.

Thanks to their exceptionally generous donations, gift packages will be delivered by the end of the year to other organizations supporting children, such as Anđeli severa, the Drop-In Center (Svratište), and others.

Once again, the Caravan of Happiness has shown that togetherness, solidarity, and care for the youngest among us have the power to create smiles, joy, and hope for a better tomorrow – exactly where they are needed most.
