Help Wanted: Must Play Well with Others

If you are in the workforce, you have probably dealt with co-workers who show up late, talk over people in meetings, refuse to collaborate on team projects, and get angry when things don’t go their way. Too often, you’ve learned you can’t solve these problems with a brief discussion about how to get along with others. That’s because the roots of these behaviors are often established during the first five years of a child’s life, when the very wiring of the brain is developed.
