Ovaj \u010dlanak c\u00cc\u0081e razraditi neke primere kako plivanje mo\u017ee doprineti razvoju bebe.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vec\u00cc\u0081ina roditelja, kada \u010duju za plivanje odoj\u010dadi, postavlja pitanje: \u201eZa\u0161to je detetu potrebno, posebno <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/male-zabice-ili-patkice-zbog-cega-je-dobro-da-decu-sto-ranije-odvedete-na-plivanje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">u tom uzrastu<\/a>?\u201c Plivanje za bebe nije samo u\u010denje osnova plivanja. To zapravo ne bi ni trebalo smatrati treningom, jer bi upotreba ove re\u010di kod mali\u0161ana do godinu dana bila pogre\u0161na. Rano plivanje je bolje klasifikovati kao jedan od na\u010dina na koji se dete mo\u017ee razvijati.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>1. Kognitivno funkcionisanje<\/h4>\n<p>Ko\u017ea je \u010dulni organ. Nijedan drugi organ u na\u0161em telu ne prima toliko informacija kao ko\u017ea. Kada pliva u bazenu, \u010dovek dobija ogromnu koli\u010dinu informacija usled same \u010dinjenice da je u kontaktu sa okolinom. Kada dete roni, osec\u00cc\u0081a minimalno kretanje, mehuric\u00cc\u0081e, podvodni protisak. To doprinosi formiranju nervnog tkiva i <strong>nezaobilazan je faktor u razvoju mozga<\/strong>. Na ovaj na\u010din dete dobija \u010disto iskustvo putem signala u mozgu.<br \/>\nPlivanje povec\u00cc\u0081ava kapacitet pluc\u00cc\u0081a, \u0161to pobolj\u0161ava dotok krvi u mozak; tako\u0111e <strong>obogac\u00cc\u0081uje mozak kiseonikom<\/strong> i poma\u017ee mu da prikupi vi\u0161e snage.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Spavanje i apetit<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Voda opu\u0161ta i ubla\u017eava stres, san postaje mirniji i \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i. Nervni sistem postaje ja\u010di<\/strong> ako \u010desto plivamo. Tako\u0111e, bazen ili kada su novo okru\u017eenje za decu, pa se vi\u0161e trude i kre\u0107u da bi im bilo toplije. Poverenje<\/h4>\n<p>Psiholozi ka\u017eu da dete, ronec\u00cc\u0081i ili plivajuc\u00cc\u0081i na odre\u0111enoj dubini, savladavaju\u0107i pritom otpor vode, razvija osobine kao \u0161to su <strong>istrajnost, samokontrola, odlu\u010dnost, disciplina i samostalnost<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/kako-da-naucite-dete-da-pliva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deca koja plivaju od ro\u0111enja su samouverenija<\/a>, dru\u0161tvenija i pokazuju <strong>ja\u010de liderske sposobnosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Koordinacija i ravnote\u017ea<\/h4>\n<p>Plivanje rasterec\u00cc\u0081uje ki\u010dmu, elimini\u0161e neprirodne i nefiziolo\u0161ke pokrete.<br \/>\nBebe se slobodno i aktivno krec\u00cc\u0081u u vodi. Savladavanje otpora vode <strong>doprinosi ja\u010danju svih mi\u0161ic\u00cc\u0081nih grupa i razvoju zglobova<\/strong>. Razvoj govora<\/h4>\n<p>Prilikom ve\u017ebanja u bazenu <strong>razvija se fina motorika<\/strong> ruku, \u0161to je povezano sa nervnim sistemom, vidom, pa\u017enjom i percepcijom deteta. <a href=\"https:\/\/akvadoctor.ru\/plavanie-i-rech.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nau\u010dnici su dokazali<\/a> da su razvoj finih motori\u010dkih ve\u0161tina i govor <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/devojcica-koja-je-plivanjem-pobedila-simptome-autizma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">usko povezani<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u017ebe disanja, kao \u0161to su naduvavanje obraza i kontrolisano disanje su dodatne ve\u017ebe logopedske terapije i poma\u017eu u pobolj\u0161anju izgovora u buduc\u00cc\u0081nosti.<\/p>\n<p>Vreme provedeno u vodi je jedan od najboljih na\u010dina da se dete razvije, ne\u017ena je i veoma delotvorna. Optimalnim pritiskom dodiruje ko\u017eu, \u0161to <strong>pobolj\u0161ava cirkulaciju<\/strong> krvi i ja\u010da nervni sistem bebe.
