Jedan od tih segmenata svakako jeste stvaranje i odr\u017eavanje zdravih navika, na primer ka prihvatanju i isprobavanju razli\u010ditih vrsta namirnica, koje \u0107e ih pratiti tokom \u010ditavog \u017eivota i oblikovati na\u010din na koji \u017eive. Zdrave navike se sti\u010du od malena. \u0160ta vi\u0161e, \u0161to se ranije po\u010dne ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e deca to prihvatiti. Ipak, ovde se krije pitanje od milion dolara \u2013 koji je najbolji na\u010din da se to uradi ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kada roditelji razmi\u0161ljaju o na\u010dinu na koji da podstaknu svoju decu da se hrane zdravije i ne budu izbirljivi, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se fokusiraju na pitanje<strong><em> \u0161ta<\/em> <\/strong>njihova deca jedu. U \u017eelji da urade ono \u0161to je najbolje za zdravlje njihove dece, sebi postavljaju i poku\u0161avaju da odgovore na bezbroj pitanja. <strong>Da li moja deca jedu previ\u0161e slatki\u0161a<\/strong> ? <strong>Da li im dajem dovoljno vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a<\/strong>? <strong>Da li je u redu ako im ne spremam hranu koju i ja ne volim<\/strong> ? Lista se nastavlja u nedogled. Zbog ovoga roditelji \u010desto zanemaruju \u0161iru sliku. Uloga roditelja mnogo je zna\u010dajnija od prostog pripremanja ,,prave\u201d\u009d hrane. Uloga roditelja je da pomogne svom detetu da razvije zdrav odnos <strong><em>prema<\/em><\/strong> hrani.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u017ealost, mnogi od nas nemaju ba\u0161 najzdraviji pristup kada govorimo o raznovrsnosti u ishrani. Za to postoje brojni razlozi, a jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih scenarija jeste da je to ne\u0161to \u0161to nosimo iz detinjstva.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Svi mi imamo TO jedno jelo, na koje nam i sama pomisao izaziva mu\u010dninu. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je to ono koje smo silom morali da jedemo kao deca, samo zato \u0161to je zdravo.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Za mene to je spana\u0107 koji sam jela u obdani\u0161tu! I dan danas naje\u017eim se kada osetim samo i miris spana\u0107a!<\/p>\n<p>Imaju\u0107i ovo u vidu, neizbe\u017eno je pitanje \u2013 <strong>kako da izbegnemo gre\u0161ke koje su na\u0161i roditelji pravili ? Kako da podr\u017eimo decu da steknu zdrave navike? Kako da pomognemo deci da razviju pozitivan, zdrav i dugoro\u010dan odnos prema razli\u010ditim vrstama namirnica ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Poku\u0161ali smo da odgovorimo na ova pitanja i evo nekih predloga kako ovo mo\u017eete posti\u0107i :<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_26654\" style=\"width: 7370px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26654\" class=\"wp-image-26654 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/47970951516_cfdfcd9ae2_o.jpg\" alt=\"Zdrave navike se sti\u010du od malena!\" width=\"7360\" height=\"4912\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26654\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Zdrave navike se sti\u010du od malena!<\/p><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Uspostavite balansiranu ishranu, a ne stroga pravila<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prvo pravilo glasi \u2013 <strong>nijedna hrana nije lo\u0161a hrana.<\/strong> Sladoled, \u010dokolada, niz je duga\u010dak. Ni\u0161ta od toga nije zapravo lo\u0161e&#8230;sve je to hrana. Kada ozna\u010dimo hranu kao ,,dobru\u201d\u009d i ,,lo\u0161u\u201d\u009d, <strong>\u0161ta to govori o nama kada tu hranu jedemo ispred svoje dece?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od na\u0161e dece ne mo\u017eemo o\u010dekivati da se u svakom trenutku savr\u0161eno hrane. Naravno, cilj je da se deca hrane \u0161to zdravije, ali ne i da im ishrana predstavlja teret. Uvek \u0107e tu biti praznici, proslave, ro\u0111endani i sli\u010dni dani kada \u0107e deca biti izlo\u017eena takozvanoj ,,lo\u0161oj\u201d\u009d hrani. Ukoliko im unapred odre\u0111enu hranu predstavimo kao lo\u0161u i na nju stavimo zabranu, deca mogu do\u017eiveti veliki stres i ose\u0107aj da rade ne\u0161to pogre\u0161no kada tu hranu jedu, a nema sumnje da \u0107e to sigurno bar nekada raditi.<\/p>\n<p>Idealno re\u0161enje je da sve grupe namirnica budu zastupljene u ishrani deteta.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Tajna je u balansiranju i izbegavanju krajnosti.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Iako je izbegavanje odre\u0111enih namirnica ne\u0161to \u0161to mi kao odrasli razumemo i znamo da je ispravno, to kod dece mo\u017ee izazvati <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/znacaj-razvijanja-zdravih-navika-u-ishrani-u-ranom-detinjstvu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">negativan stav prema hrani ili jo\u0161 gore izazvati kontra efekat<\/a>.<\/strong> Odavno je poznato da deca najvi\u0161e \u017eele ono \u0161to im je zabranjeno, pa se tako mo\u017ee desiti da tu ,,lo\u0161u\u201d\u009d hranu jedu kri\u0161om i da se prejedaju u prilikama kada se sa njom susretnu, a da sa druge strane stvore negativan stav ka ,,zdravoj\u201d\u009d hrani kada odrastu. <strong>Setite se spana\u0107a i balansirajte!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26649\" style=\"width: 3010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26649\" class=\"wp-image-26649 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/47970766318_8c9acff1fa_o.jpg\" alt=\"Fondacija Novak \u0110\u0090okovi\u0107 je prepoznala zna\u010daj zdrave ishrane u ranem razvoju i zato u okviru svog projekta \"Azbuka dobrih navika\" zajedno sa mali\u0161anima uspostavlja i odr\u017eava ba\u0161te u dvori\u0161tima pred\u0161kolskih ustanova. \" width=\"3000\" height=\"2002\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26649\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fondacija Novak \u0110\u0090okovi\u0107 je prepoznala zna\u010daj zdrave ishrane u ranem razvoju i zato u okviru svog projekta &#8222;Azbuka dobrih navika&#8220; zajedno sa mali\u0161anima uspostavlja i odr\u017eava ba\u0161te u dvori\u0161tima pred\u0161kolskih ustanova.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Uklju\u010dite ih u pripremu hrane<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mykitchennutrition.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Julie Negrin<\/strong>, <strong>poznati nutricionista i kuvar<\/strong><\/a>, istakao je da prisustvo dece u kuhinji i njihova uklju\u010denost u proces pravljenja obroka, mo\u017ee potpuno promeniti njihov stav prema hrani i pomo\u0107i im da steknu zdrave navike. S obzirom na to da deca tokom dana imaju malo kontrole nad time kako \u0107e njihove aktivnosti izgledati, njihovo uklju\u010divanje tokom pripreme obroka daje im ose\u0107aj da sami o ne\u010demu odlu\u010duju, da su sami izabrali namirnice koje \u0107e jesti i da je to jelo njihova kreacija, ovo \u0107e bez sumnje doprineti da lak\u0161e pojedu odre\u0111eni obrok, jer ipak su ga sami i pripremili.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><em>,,\u010cesto podsti\u010dem roditelje da dopuste deci da tokom nabavke u marketu sama izaberu povr\u0107e, da ih ubace u kesu, izmere i sli\u010dno. Da tokom kuvanja dobiju priliku da listaju kuvar, imaju dodir sa svakom namirnicom, poma\u017eu u pranju i me\u0161anju. Tako im ono \u0161to jedu ne\u0107e biti strano i nesta\u0107e taj ose\u0107aj nametnutnosti.\u201d\u009d<\/em> ka\u017ee Negrin. <em>,,Deca su ve\u0107 hiljadama godina uklju\u010dena u proces pripreme hrane i to u gotovo svakoj kulturi. Sigurno ste bar jednom izgovorili re\u010denicu ,,dok sam odrastao\/la mi smo u ku\u0107i uvek imali&#8230;\u201d\u009d.<\/p>\n<p>Upravo zbog toga roditelji moraju omogu\u0107iti deci da u \u0161to ve\u0107oj meri budu izlo\u017eena razli\u010ditim vrstama namirnica na dnevnom nivou. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yumama.com\/dete\/ishrana-dece\/1081-ishrana-dece-uzrasta-tri-do-pet-godina.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Stru\u010dnjaci tvrde da umesto da samo iznenada uklju\u010dimo neku namirnicu u obrok i forsiramo dete da je proba i pojede, dete treba upoznati sa njom.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zato je dobra taktika kako da deca steknu zdrave navike jeste odre\u0111eno vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e u\u010diniti vidljivim, tako \u0161to \u0107emo na primer na stolu uvek imati \u010diniju sa razli\u010ditim vo\u0107em, u kuhinji \u0107emo na vidljivom mestu stavljati razli\u010dito povr\u0107e i sli\u010dno. Velika je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e se dete zainteresovati za ono \u0161to svakog dana vi\u0111a i \u017eele\u0107e da zna \u0161ta je to. Tako mu prilikom slede\u0107eg obroka odre\u0111ena namirnica ne\u0107e delovati nepoznato.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Tako\u0111e, veoma zna\u010dajno jeste i kako hrana izgleda! Svima nam je poznato, da \u010dak i kao odrasli, jako volimo da vidimo jelo koje je ,,lepo na oko\u201d\u009d, to nekako uvek pove\u0107a na\u0161u \u017eelju da ga bar probamo.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Isto je i i sa decom! Na primer, jedno istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da kada su grupi dece, izme\u0111u 4-7 godina, bile predstavljenje dve \u010dinije sa vo\u0107em, gde je u jednoj vo\u0107e bilo ise\u010deno na interesantan na\u010din i imalo razli\u010dite oblike, dok se u drugoj \u010diniji tome nije pridao zna\u010daj, postojale su zna\u010dajne razlike u \u017eelji dece da to vo\u0107e pojedu. Naime, deca su pojela duplo vi\u0161e vo\u0107a koje je imalo neobi\u010dan oblik.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26651\" style=\"width: 3010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26651\" class=\"wp-image-26651 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/47950131353_e86bed5009_o.jpg\" alt=\"Jedan od na\u010dina kako da deca steknu zdrave navike, jeste da ih uklju\u010dite u pripremi porodi\u010dnih obroka. \" width=\"3000\" height=\"2073\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26651\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jedan od na\u010dina kako da deca steknu zdrave navike, jeste da ih uklju\u010dite u pripremi porodi\u010dnih obroka.<\/p><\/div>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Igrajte se sa nazivima hrane i pravite interesantna pore\u0111enja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Roditelji treba da nau\u010de ne\u0161to \u0161to vlasnici restorana ve\u0107 znaju \u2013 morate u\u010diniti da hrana zvu\u010di ukusno i primamljivo!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brianwansink.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brian Wansik<\/a>, autor interesantne knjige ,,<a href=\"https:\/\/skolaroditeljstva.com\/umor-slabost-trudnicke-zelje-za-hranom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jesti bez pameti<\/a>\u201d\u009d, pokazao je da ime koje damo odre\u0111enom jelu pravi veliku razliku u na\u010dinu na koji ga deca posmatraju i uti\u010de na njihovu \u017eelju da ga pojedu.<\/p>\n<p>U jednom od svojih istra\u017eivanja, dao je povr\u0107u zanimljive nazive, kao \u0161to su ,,<strong>Super\u0161argarepe<\/strong>\u201d\u009d, ,,<strong>Princeza gra\u0161ki\u0107<\/strong>\u201d\u009d, ,,<strong>Magi\u010dni pasulj<\/strong>\u201d\u009d, i rezultati su pokazali da se procenat spremnosti dece da te namirnice probaju i pojedu pove\u0107ao za 60%.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>,, Naziv ,,Dinosaurus brokoli\u201d\u009d decu podse\u0107a na velikog i mo\u0107nog dinosaurusa, pa tako oni misle da je brokoli kul i \u017eele da ga pojedu\u201d\u009d, tvrdi ovaj autor.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Tako\u0111e, od velike pomo\u0107i mogu da budu i interesanta pore\u0111enja koje mo\u017eete osmisliti. Na primer, mo\u017eete porediti omiljenog crtanog lika va\u0161e dece i hrane koju on jede, kao i ,,mo\u0107i\u201d\u009d koje zbog toga dobija. Jedan od najboljih na\u010dina da <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/zdrave-navike-dece-krecu-iz-kuce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nau\u010dite decu zdravim navikama<\/a> jeste da ih i sami imate. U ranom uzrastu sve \u0161to deca \u017eele jeste da budu kao mama ili tata, pa \u010desto opona\u0161aju sve \u0161to roditelji rade, od govora do hrane koju oni jedu. <strong>Upravo zato morate biti svesni toga da \u010dak iako vi ne volite neku hranu, ne mora da zna\u010di da je i va\u0161e dete ne\u0107e voleti.<\/strong> Ako vas vide da izbegavate odre\u0111enu hranu, pravite \u010dudne izraze lica kada je vidite i probate i oni \u0107e to raditi. Te\u0161ko \u0107ete im objasniti za\u0161to ne\u0161to moraju da jedu \u010dak iako mama ili tata to ne vole. S vremena na vreme pru\u017eite priliku deci da okuse i ono \u0161to vi ne volite i dajte im \u0161ansu da sami odlu\u010de da li im se ne\u0161to dopada ili ne. Isto va\u017ei i za ono \u0161to obo\u017eavate! Ako vas deca vide da svakog dana jedete tonu slatki\u0161a i pijete gazirane sokove, a njima je to zabranjeno, u njihovim glavama stvori\u0107ete potpunu konfuziju! Budite uzor svom detetu, u svakom smislu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>U cilju da podstakne zdrave navike u ishrani od najranijeg perioda \u017eivota Fondacija Novak \u0110\u0090okovi\u0107 pokrenula je veoma interesantan projekat \u00a0pod nazivom ,,<a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/project\/abc-of-better-me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Azbuka dobrih navika<\/a>\u201d\u009d.\u00a0 Ovaj projekat je nastao\u00a0iz potreba dece, roditelja i pred\u0161kolskih ustanova za formiranjem dobrih navika u ishrani mali\u0161ana u ranom uzrastu. Prema dosada\u0161njim istra\u017eivanjima, deca od tre\u0107e godine razvijaju potrebe imitiranja i opona\u0161anja na\u010dina ishrane vr\u0161njaka i roditelja.\u00a0Iz tog razloga, Fondacija Novak \u0110\u0090okovi\u0107\u00a0u\u00a0okviru projekta &#8222;Azbuka dobrih navika&#8220; uspostavlja i odr\u017eava ba\u0161te u dvori\u0161tima pred\u0161kolskih ustanova, obu\u010dava vaspita\u010de za rad sa decom u ba\u0161tama, organizuje radionice kuvanja za decu i roditelje i posete lokalnim organskim proizvo\u0111a\u010dima.
