Znaju\u0107i da je moja k\u0107erka ve\u0107 na fakultetu i da je ve\u0107i deo mog vaspitavanja iza mene, upitala me je: \u201eDa mo\u017ee\u0161 da promeni\u0161 jednu stvar vezano za vaspitavanje svoje k\u0107erke, \u0161ta bi to bilo?\u201d\u009d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zaista me je naterala na razmi\u0161ljanje! Naravno, mnogo je stvari koje bih druga\u010dije uradila sada kao roditelj u \u010detrdesetima nego kad sam bila u dvadesetima. Me\u0111utim, izabrati samo <strong>JEDNU<\/strong> stvar koja bi napravila osetnu razliku?! I onda sam do\u017eivela momenat prosvetljenja\u201d\u00a6 ono \u0161to je promenilo mene i moj \u017eivot, ono \u0161to postaje sve popularnije i ima pozitivan efekat na mnoge ljude \u0161irom sveta\u201d\u00a6 \u201e<strong>Nau\u010dila bih svoju k\u0107erku da meditira odmalena.<\/strong>\u201d\u009d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nije \u010dudno \u0161to je meditacija toliko popularna ovih dana<\/strong>. Sa sve kompleksnijim savremenim \u017eivotom, kada smo preoptere\u0107eni informacijama i imamo stresne uslova \u017eivota i rada, potreban nam je druga\u010diji pristup upravljanju na\u0161im umom, emocijama i svakodnevnim stresovima. <strong>Ako mislite da su deca imuna na ove stvari, razmislite ponovo \u2013 kako je meni moja petogodi\u0161nja ne\u0107aka jednom rekla: \u201eTetka, meni je gu\u017eva u glavi!\u201d\u009d<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160ta je meditacija i za\u0161to bi trebalo svoju decu (i sebe) u\u010diti da meditiraju?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Meditacija je metod smirivanja uma, razmatranja svojih misli i treniranja samog sebe da fokus zadr\u017eite na sada\u0161njem trenutku umesto da stalno razmi\u0161ljate, brinete, i prolazite kroz bezbrojne mogu\u0107e ishode koji su nam okida\u010di za stres, i koji uti\u010du na na\u0161e zdravlje. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psihocentrala.com\/zivotne-teme\/zasto-je-meditacija-tako-dobra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brojne studije o meditaciji i sabranosti su objavljene \u0161irom sveta<\/a>. Zahvaljuju\u0107i pobolj\u0161anoj magnetnoj rezonanci i funkcionalnoj magnetnoj rezonanci, imamo informacije iz studija sprovedenih na ljudima koji pate od sindroma posttraumatskog stresa, anksioznosti i depresije, i zahvaljuju\u0107i njima razumemo nau\u010dnu stranu meditacije i njen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alicegwalton\/2015\/02\/09\/7-ways-meditation-can-actually-change-the-brain\/#569039d81465\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pozitivan uticaj na na\u0161e mo\u017edane procese <\/a>kao \u0161to su regulacija pa\u017enje, borba sa emocijama, impulsivnost, pam\u0107enje, itd.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26613\" style=\"width: 3023px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26613\" class=\"wp-image-26613 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/melissa-askew-8n00CqwnqO8-unsplash-e1570713281600.jpg\" alt=\"Meditacija mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i deci da se re\u0161e \"gu\u017eve u glavi\". \" width=\"3013\" height=\"2721\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26613\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Meditacija mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i deci da se re\u0161e &#8222;gu\u017eve u glavi&#8220;.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Evo nekoliko razloga za\u0161to bi svoju decu trebalo da nau\u010dite da meditiraju:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Osim \u0161to pospe\u0161uje njihovo u\u010denje i koncentraciju u \u0161koli, podu\u010davanjem dece meditaciji u\u010dimo ih da <strong>cene svet oko sebe<\/strong> tako \u0161to \u0107e primetiti prirodu, zvuke, mirise, itd. Meditacija im poma\u017ee da smire svoje unutra\u0161nje nemire i brige tako \u0161to im misli ne\u0107e divljati, ve\u0107 \u0107e biti usidrene u sad\u0161njosti.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meditacija pospe\u0161uje <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/mentalno-zdravlje-u-ranom-detinjstvu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sposobnost deteta za samokontrolu i samoupravljanje<\/a>. Kada jednom nau\u010de meditacijske tehnike, deca \u0107e biti u stanju da se smire samostalno, da se zaustave pre nego \u0161to reaguju u problemati\u010dnim situacijama, i da se samostalno opuste kada postanu napeti. Ovaj ose\u0107aj unutra\u0161nje stabilnosti i kontrole pove\u0107ava samopouzdanje deteta i pospe\u0161uje njegovo sveobuhvatno blagostanje.<\/p>\n<p>3. Prema istra\u017eivanju, jedna od \u201enuspojava\u201d\u009d meditacije je <strong>pove\u0107ana empatija<\/strong>. To zna\u010di da \u0107e deca koja praktikuju meditaciju biti saose\u0107ajnija, bri\u017enija, i manje reaktivna i agresivna. Vi\u0161a empatija uglavnom donosi sa sobom i bolje dru\u0161tvene ve\u0161tine koje su danas klju\u010dne za uspeh u \u0161koli i na poslu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26614\" style=\"width: 3983px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26614\" class=\"wp-image-26614 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/louis-hansel-7TIUb6CpG_w-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"Prema istra\u017eivanju, jedna od \u201enuspojava\u201d\u009d meditacije je pove\u0107ana empatija.\" width=\"3973\" height=\"2649\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-26614\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Prema istra\u017eivanju, jedna od \u201enuspojava\u201d\u009d meditacije je pove\u0107ana empatija.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2><strong>Kako da u\u010dite decu da meditiraju?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Podeli\u0107u sa vama <strong>nekoliko jednostavnih tehnika kako da podu\u010davate decu meditaciji<\/strong> koje sam ja uspe\u0161no isprobala sa decom s kojom sam radila u zabavi\u0161tu, kao i one koje sam instinktivno nau\u010dila svoju k\u0107erku pre nego \u0161to sam i sama razumela \u0161ta je uop\u0161te meditacija.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=RVA2N6tX2cg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Disanje<\/strong><\/a> je lako za podu\u010davanje i vrlo je efektno. Deca starija od 2 godine ga vrlo brzo usvajaju i primenjuju u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu (kako su mi prijavili njihovi roditelji). Ideja je da se deca u\u010de da prepoznaju kada su uzrujani, ljuti ili frustrirani, i da se zatim jednostavno zamole da di\u0161u i broje svoje udisaje. Mo\u017eemo tako\u0111e i da ih zamolimo <strong>da prate putanju svojih udisaja<\/strong>, tj. na\u010din na koji vazduh prolazi kroz njihov nos, ulazi u njihove grudi, ispunjava njihov stomak i zatim se vra\u0107a kroz nozdrve topliji nego \u0161to je bio kada su ga udahnuli.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>U po\u010detku roditelji podse\u0107aju decu da izvr\u0161e ovaj proces, a kasnije deci on postaje automatska reakcija. \u201eNastavnice, sa\u010dekajte, moram jo\u0161 da di\u0161em, jo\u0161 nisam miran!\u201d\u009d kako je meni saop\u0161tio jedan petogodi\u0161njak nekoliko nedelja nakon \u0161to sam nau\u010dila svoje u\u010denike regulisanju emocija disanjem.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Vizualizacija<\/strong> je prirodna deci i njihovoj obi\u010dno \u017eivoj ma\u0161ti. Na\u017ealost, <strong>ta<\/strong> <strong>ma\u0161ta vrlo lako mo\u017ee da po\u010dne da zami\u0161lja najgore mogu\u0107e ishode<\/strong>. Moja k\u0107erka se bojala da \u0107e se razboleti od pra\u0161ine, a ja sam se bojala izbijanja Tre\u0107eg svetskog rata kada sam imala 6 ili 7 godina. Na\u0161a tela reaguju isto na prave i zami\u0161ljene opasnosti \u2013 mobilizacijom svih sistema u stanje gotovosti, prekomernom proizvodnjom adrenalina, poja\u010danim pumpanjem krvi\u201d\u00a6 U su\u0161tini pripremanjem za borbu ili beg. Kada je u pitanju istinska pretnja, to je sasvim u redu, ali kada se ovo de\u0161ava kao reakcija na izmi\u0161ljenu pretnju, tada ose\u0107amo ne\u017eeljene efekte produ\u017eene izlo\u017eenosti stresu, \u0161to je izvor mnogih bolesti. U\u010diti decu da svoju ma\u0161tu usmere u drugom pravcu je vrlo jednostavno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Odvojite nekoliko minuta svaki dan, posebno pred spavanje, da decu provedete kroz proces zami\u0161ljanja lepih parkova, ljulja\u0161ki, jezera, leptira, \u0161tagod deca i ina\u010de vole. Uklju\u010dite sva \u010dula deteta pri\u010dom o mirisu cve\u0107a, lahoru vetra, lebdenju oblaka, itd. Ovo \u0107e ih odmah smiriti i pomo\u0107i im da usmere mozak na lepe stvari umesto da ih opsedaju negativne.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26612 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/lesly-juarez-DFtjXYd5Pto-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5956\" height=\"3971\" \/><\/u><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Jo\u0161 jedna odli\u010dna meditacijska tehnika koja je sli\u010dna vizualizaciji je <strong>upotreba \u010dula<\/strong> u realnom vremenu. Kada je moja k\u0107erka bila mala, ja bih je \u010desto zamolila da slu\u0161a ti\u0161inu. Njoj je to u po\u010detku bilo sme\u0161no, ali je uskoro mogla da \u010duje mnoge razli\u010dite zvuke koji se javljaju u takozvanoj ti\u0161ini. Osim slu\u0161anja, mo\u017eemo da zamolimo decu da koriste i svoja ostala \u010dula:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ukus<\/strong>, kada jedu hranu, na primer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Miris<\/strong>, tako \u0161to \u0107e pomirisati sve\u017ee ispe\u010dene kola\u010di\u0107e, vazduh nakon ki\u0161e, cve\u0107e, itd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vid<\/strong>, tako \u0161to \u0107e gledati let ptica, premetanje talasa, pomeranje li\u0161\u0107a, itd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dodir<\/strong>, tako \u0161to \u0107e se skoncentrisati na na\u010din na koji im vetar mrsi kosu, na na\u010din na koji ih mama grli, ose\u0107aj kada im stopala dodirnu tlo, itd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Ova tehnika se tako\u0111e naziva i uzemljenje, tj. upotreba \u010dula da se fokusira na svoju okolinu i njena de\u0161avanja u datom trenutku, umesto da se zaglave u gunguli sopstvenog uma.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Gledanje (i slu\u0161anje) sopstvenih misli<\/strong> je tehnika namenjena malo starijoj deci da probaju nakon \u0161to usavr\u0161e prethodno pomenute tehnike. Kao \u0161to bismo navodili decu da posmatraju cve\u0107e ili oblake, isto tako mo\u017eemo da navodimo decu da posmatraju svoje misli kao da su na ekranu televizora, da plutaju po povr\u0161ini reke ili se nalaze kao slike na balonima. Neka deca ra\u0111e slu\u0161aju nego \u0161to gledaju svoje misli, tako da njih mo\u017eemo da navodimo i da zami\u0161ljaju svoje misli kao da su izgovorene na podkastu ili pro\u0161aputane od strane vetra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Pravilo je da se misli ne jure i ne prate, da se ne skrivaju ili potiskuju, ve\u0107 da se puste da slobodno dolaze i odlaze iz uma.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Predla\u017eem vam da probate i\u00c2\u00a0\u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/insighttimer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Insight timer<\/a>\u201d\u009d aplikaciju za telefon sa mnogo meditacijskih tehnika i kurseva meditacije za decu i odrasle. Neoprezne misli uti\u010du na na\u0161e emocije i pona\u0161anje bez da mi uop\u0161te i primetimo. U\u010denje da se ne identifikujemo sa mislima je sr\u017e postizanja unutra\u0161njeg mira kome svi te\u017eimo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Bitno je zapamtiti da su uslovi za meditaciju radoznalost, ne\u017enost i odsustvo predrasuda. Ne postoji dobar ili lo\u0161 na\u010din meditacije. Svaki utro\u0161eni sekund se ra\u010duna ka ostvarivanju istinske promene u mozgu.\u00c2\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>O autoru:\u00c2\u00a0 Jelena Fu je edukator sa bogatim iskustvom rada u Kini u razli\u010ditim oblastima obrazovanja.
