Kako bismo na\u0161e mali\u0161ane navikli na redovan san potrebno je da stvorimo rutinu. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yumama.com\/vesti\/svet-istrazivanja\/2894-sta-utice-na-decji-san.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Istra\u017eivanja<\/a> su pokazala da ako postoji rutina to deci poma\u017ee da bolje i du\u017ee spavaju. Rutina ne mora nu\u017eno da zna\u010di obavezu, napor ili da to deca shvate kao ne\u0161to dosadno. Rutina mo\u017ee biti lepa &#8211; od spremanja za krevet mo\u017eemo napraviti zabavan ritual koji \u0107e nas sve opustiti i zbli\u017eiti.<\/em><\/strong>\n\n\n\n\n\nJako bitno za stvaranje zdrave i dobre rutine spremanja za spavanje je i na\u0161 li\u010dni primer, briga o nama samima. Kao roditelji \u010desto zaboravimo da brinemo o sebi, da budemo ne\u017eni prema sebi i da po\u0161tujemo i svoje vreme. Dete u\u010di od nas, od okru\u017eenja, ono primenjuje sve \u0161to vidi. Iz tog razloga je jako bitno kakav primer dajemo na\u0161oj deci.\n\n\n\n\n\nDa bi ona razvila zdrave i dobre navike potrebno je da im mi prvi\u00a0 poka\u017eemo svojim primerom. Zato hajde da zajedno stvaramo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mother.ly\/child\/how-to-use-bedtime-to-bond-with-kids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" zabavne i zdrave rituale (opens in a new tab)\"> zabavne i zdrave rituale<\/a> koji ne kvare san:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DA SE NA VREME NA SPAVANJE KRENE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nJedan od na\u010dina da <a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/spavalica-ili-nocna-ptica-koliko-sati-sna-je-zaista-potrebno-vasem-malisanu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"zaobi\u0111ete muku i stres oko spremanja za spavanje (opens in a new tab)\">zaobi\u0111ete muku i stres oko spremanja za spavanje<\/a> je taj da mnogo ranije zapo\u010dnete sa ovim ritualom. Jako je va\u017eno da dete potro\u0161i svu energiju, zato se igrajte, pustite muziku, ple\u0161ite, ska\u010dite. Tako olak\u0161avate i sebi, a i dete \u0107e biti spremno da sigurno zaroni u svet snova.\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ZAJEDNO JE SLA\u0110\u0090E I LAK\u0160E SE RE\u0160ENJE NA\u0110\u0090E<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nPranje zuba i obla\u010denje pid\u017eame nije ba\u0161 najzabavniji deo ali mo\u017ee da bude. Umesto da dete ove stvari shvata kao obavezu, naredbu, hajde da to <strong>pretvorimo u zabavu<\/strong>, u igru. Hajde aktivno da svoje dete uklju\u010dimo u \u010ditav proces. Od izbora \u010detkice, paste za zube, pid\u017eame pa do izbora muzike uz koju \u017eeli da pere zubi\u0107e. Zagrlite ih, u\u0161u\u0161kajte, mazite i razgovarajte. Koristite ovo vreme da se zahvalite na proteklom danu, da pohvalite svoje dete, da mu ka\u017eete koliko ga volite. Zagrlite ga i poka\u017eite mu da ste tu za njega. Iskoristite ovo i kao priliku da saslu\u0161ate svoje dete, da ga ohrabrite i podstaknete da pri\u010da sa vama.\n\n\n\n\n\nOvo je savr\u0161en trenutak za pru\u017eanje tihog prostora potrebnog deci da se izraze, da razgovaraju o svojim strahovima, da vam pri\u010daju o tome kako su proveli dan. Ovako \u0107ete oja\u010dati va\u0161u vezu i stvoriti na\u010din da va\u0161e dete oseti slobodu da iskreno pri\u010da sa vama a ne da ima utisak kao da je na istra\u017enoj stolici. Polako opu\u0161tajte svoje dete i razvijajte poverenje.\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DA SE MA\u0160TA I U\u010cI SVA\u0160TA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\u010citanje knjiga mo\u017ee da pomogne u opu\u0161tanju. Pored toga \u0161to \u0107e se opustiti, deca \u0107e po\u010deti i da razvijaju svoju ma\u0161tu, da otkrivaju i saznaju nove stvari. Ovo je lep i koristan na\u010din da opustite i nau\u010dite ne\u0161to svoje dete.\n\n\n\n\n\n<strong><em>Ne postoji magi\u010dna formula niti jedan na\u010din koji \u0107e svima koristiti. Ba\u0161 iz tog razloga je potrebno da zajedno sa svojim detetom radite na kreiranju rituala koji \u0107e svima biti od koristi.
