Ono zahteva mnogo energije i strpljenja. Roditelji \u017eele najbolje za svoju decu, i \u010desto se trude da im daju\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>i vi\u0161e od onoga \u0161to mogu<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>. Odri\u010du se u korist svoje dece, zaboravljaju na sebe i skloni su zapostavljanju sopstvenih \u017eelja, potreba i snova.<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>Ve\u0107ina roditelja verovatno ne zna, ili je zaboravilo, kakav je ose\u0107aj starati se o sebi.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Roditeljska svakodnevnica je \u010desto prenatrpana razli\u010ditim obavezama. Kada smo umorni, tu\u017eni, pod stresom ili bolesni, veoma je te\u0161ko da prona\u0111emo potrebnu energiju i strpljenje za podsticanje razvoja deteta onako kako \u017eelimo.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e \u201eJa\u201d\u009d koje je pod stresom ili depresivno, ne u\u010di ba\u0161 najbolje decu lekcijama, ve\u0161tinama i vrednostima koje \u017eelimo da ona usvoje.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><strong><em>Deci je potrebna na\u0161a ljubav i pa\u017enja. Va\u017eno je da se izborimo sa tim ose\u0107anjem, zato \u0161to su na\u0161a sre\u0107a i zdravlje jedni od najboljih poklona koje mo\u017eemo dati na\u0161oj deci.<\/strong> Roditelj koji ima energije da se igra sa detetom, da ga saslu\u0161a, pohvali ili popri\u010da sa njim, svakom detetu zna\u010di vi\u0161e nego igra\u010dka, zbog koje bi roditelj mogao biti pod stresom ili ve\u010dera zbog \u010dije pripreme se umorio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/5-saveta-kako-da-podstaknete-zahvalnost-kod-dece\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dakle, ne samo da je U REDU pobrinuti se da Va\u0161e sopstvene potrebe budu zadovoljene, ve\u0107 je to KLJU\u010cNO za dobrobit Va\u0161e dece.\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Kako da ve\u017ebate brigu o sebi?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Nijedan roditelj ne ostvaruje svoje ,,najbolje Ja\u201d\u009d sve vreme. Takav tip savr\u0161enstva je nemogu\u0107.<\/strong> Ali svi mi mo\u017eemo pove\u0107ati procenat vremena tokom kojeg ostvarujemo na\u0161e ,,najbolje Ja\u201d\u009d.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><strong><em>Ve\u017ebanje ljubavi prema sebi i zahvalnosti jedan je od na\u010dina da se ve\u017eba briga o sebi. <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Zato povremeno postavite sebi slede\u0107a pitanja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kojim svojim kvalitetima se divite? U \u010demu ste dobri?<\/li>\n<li>\u010cime se ponosite i na \u010demu ste zahvalni u svom \u017eivotu?<\/li>\n<li>Koliko \u010desto sebe kritikujete? A koliko \u010desto i lako sebi opra\u0161tate? Kada ste poslednji put sebe pohvalili?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Izra\u017eavanjem zahvalnosti osloba\u0111aju se supstance koje podsti\u010du zdravlje i sre\u0107u<\/strong>. U jednom eksperimentu, ljudi koji su napisali pismo zahvalnosti nekoj dragoj osobi i onda zamolili tu osobu da im pro\u010dita pismo naglas, bili su sre\u0107niji nekoliko meseca nakon eksperimenta. Zato nije lo\u0161e da uzmete papir i odgovorite na slede\u0107a pitanja:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kada ostvarujete Va\u0161e najbolje (najstalo\u017eenije i najsre\u0107nije) \u201eJa\u201d\u009d?<\/li>\n<li>Da li imate neke rituale koji vas uvek u\u010dine mirnijim ili sre\u0107nijim?<\/li>\n<li>U kojim hobijima ste u\u017eivali pre nego \u0161to ste dobili decu?<\/li>\n<li>Koliko \u010desto razgovarate sa svojim prijateljima ili sa svojom porodicom? Da li je to dovoljno \u010desto?<\/li>\n<li>Kako se ose\u0107ate kada iza\u0111ete napolje? Posle \u0161etnje? Posle treninga?<\/li>\n<li>Da li ste kreativna osoba? Da li imate dovoljno mogu\u0107nosti da izrazite sebe?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Kako da prona\u0111ete vreme za brigu o sebi?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Mnogo je te\u017ee na\u0107i, izdvojiti i koristiti vreme za sebe, nego se starati o sopstvenom detetu. Me\u0111utim, zaista je neophodno da izdvojite vreme za sebe i da poka\u017eete ljubav prema sebi i svom organizmu. <strong>To mo\u017ee biti deset minuta za \u010ditanje knjige ili navo\u0111enje onoga na \u010demu ste zahvalni na kraju dana. Ve\u017ebanje se mo\u017ee sastojati od toga da duboko udahnete tri puta pre Va\u0161eg prvog gutljaja jutarnje kafe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><strong><em>\u0160ta god bilo ono \u0161to Vama najvi\u0161e prija, va\u017eno je da te aktivnosti pretvorite u RUTINU i svakog dana uradite ne\u0161to za sebe.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Verovatno imate mnogo ideja o tome \u0161ta sve mo\u017eete u\u010diniti kako biste, \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e, ostvarivali svoje najbolje \u201cJa\u201d\u009d. Copyright: Undrey<\/p><\/div>\n<h4><strong><em>Va\u017eno je znati da je briga o sebi tako\u0111e na\u010din da nau\u010dimo decu vrednostima i dobrim navikama, zato \u0161to deca najvi\u0161e u\u010de iz onoga \u0161to vide.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ukoliko vas deca gledaju kako zapostavljate sopstvene potrebe, nau\u010di\u0107e da je starati se o drugima va\u017enije, nego voditi ra\u010duna o sebi.\u00a0 Ukoliko Vas gledaju kako izdvajate vremena za sebe i preuzimate odgovornost za sopstvene potrebe, sopstvenu sre\u0107u i dobrobit, u\u010de se samopo\u0161tovanju, samopouzdanju, nezavisnosti i odgovornosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Jedna od najboljih stvari koju mo\u017eete u\u010diniti za va\u0161e dete je da ostvarujete svoje ,,najbolje Ja\u201d\u009d i da na\u0111ete vremena da Va\u0161e potrebe budu zadovoljene. Na taj na\u010din, veoma dobro ostvarujete svoju roditeljsku ulogu. Time dajete i odli\u010dan primer koji poma\u017ee Va\u0161em detetu da u budu\u0107nosti razvije samopouzdanje i \u00a0samopo\u0161tovanje.
