{"id":16504,"date":"2018-03-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/strah-anksioznost-kod-dece-pomozite-svom-malisanu-da-pobedi-cudoviste-iz-ormana\/"},"modified":"2023-02-14T16:19:08","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T16:19:08","slug":"strah-anksioznost-kod-dece-pomozite-svom-malisanu-da-pobedi-cudoviste-iz-ormana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/strah-anksioznost-kod-dece-pomozite-svom-malisanu-da-pobedi-cudoviste-iz-ormana\/","title":{"rendered":"Strah i anksioznost kod dece &#8211; Pomozite svom mali\u0161anu da pobedi \u201e\u010dudovi\u0161te iz ormana\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Od najranijeg uzrasta do odraslog doba svako od nas se s vremena na vreme suo\u010di sa neprijatnim ose\u0107ajem straha ili anksioznosti.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strahovi i razli\u010diti oblici anksioznosti ne predstavljaju samo deo normalnog razvoja ve\u0107 i adaptivni odgovor na specifi\u010dnu, prete\u0107u situaciju, pa tako upozoravaju dete da preduzme mere opreza i pripremi se za brojne izazove sa kojima \u0107e morati da se suo\u010di kroz odrastanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Anksioznost<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anksioznost je emocionalna reakcija na nepostoje\u0107u ili minimalnu opasnost, koju karakteri\u0161e stalna strepnja da \u0107e se ne\u0161to stra\u0161no dogoditi, a pra\u0107ena je izra\u017eenom fizi\u010dkom napeto\u0161\u0107u i unutra\u0161njim nemirom, uz niz raznih simptoma kao \u0161to je brzo lupanje srca, znojenje itd. Ipak, mala doza anksioznosti zapravo mo\u017ee da bude korisna, jer nam poma\u017ee da ostanemo oprezni, fokusirani i doprinosi da ostvarimo bolji uspeh, recimo na testu iz matematike ili nekom sportskom takmi\u010denju.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pojedini strahovi ili anksioznost zbog odre\u0111enih stvari tako\u0111e su po\u017eeljni kod dece, jer su tada oprezna i pona\u0161aju se na na\u010din koji \u010duva njihovu bezbednost (mali\u0161an koji se pla\u0161i vatre ne\u0107e da se igra \u0161ibicama).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Priroda anksioznosti i straha menja se kako dete sazreva:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strah od nepoznatih ljudi \u010desto se javlja kod beba, koje se raspla\u010du i tra\u017ee roditelje pri susretu sa osobama koje ne prepoznaju.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za ne\u0161to starije mali\u0161ane, uzrasta od 10 do 18 meseci, karakteristi\u010dan je strah od razdvajanja. Dete postaje emotivno uznemireno i razdra\u017eljivo kada jedan ili oba roditelja napuste prostoriju.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deca od 4 do 6 godina pla\u0161e se stvari koje nemaju utemeljenja u stvarnosti, kao \u0161to je strah od \u010dudovi\u0161ta, ve\u0161tica i duhova.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deca \u0161kolskog uzrasta, od 7 do 12 godina, anksiozna su zbog realnih mogu\u0107ih doga\u0111aja, poput potencijalnih telesnih povreda ili prirodne katastrofe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tokom odrastanja de\u010dji strahovi mogu da i\u0161\u010deznu ili da ih zamene novi. Tako petogodi\u0161nje dete koje ne mo\u017ee da zaspi bez upaljenog svetla, godinama kasnije u\u017eiva u \u010ditanju \u201estra\u0161nih pri\u010da\u201c sa drugarima, okupljeni oko logorske vatre na kampovanju. Neki strahovi mogu da budu vezani samo za specifi\u010dnu situaciju. Tako dete koje po\u017eeli da pomazi lava u zoolo\u0161kom vrtu ni u snu ne mo\u017ee da zamisli da pro\u0111e pored kom\u0161ijinog psa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnoge odrasle osobe mu\u010de strahovi koji su vezani za lo\u0161e uspomene ili iskustva iz detinjstva. Strah od javnog nastupa mo\u017ee da bude rezultat toga \u0161to se neko pre mnogo godina osramotio recituju\u0107i pesmicu pred drugom decom. Zato je va\u017eno da roditelji na vreme uo\u010de i identifikuju znake i simptome anksioznosti kod svog mali\u0161ana kako strah ne bi remetio njegovo svakodnevno funkcionisanje u budu\u0107nosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Neki od znakova da je dete anksiozno ili upla\u0161eno:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">privije se uz roditelja, impulsivno reaguje ili je uznemireno<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ima nervozne pokrete, poput povremenih trzaja ili tikova<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mu\u010di ga nesanica i\/ili spava mnogo du\u017ee nego obi\u010dno<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">znoje mu se ruke<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">srce mu ubrzano kuca i ubrzano di\u0161e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">boli ga glava ili stomak<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ima mu\u010dnine<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19454\" src=\"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/little-girl-having-childhood-nightmares-and-fears-hiding-under-the-quilt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4532\" height=\"2977\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada anksioznost i strahovi ne prestaju, dolazi do pogor\u0161anja problema. Koliko god se roditelji nadali da \u0107e dete uspeti da prevazi\u0111e svoj strah, ponekad se de\u0161ava potpuno suprotno, kada uzrok anksioznosti po\u010dinje da raste i postaje dominantan ose\u0107aj. Takva anksioznost vodi u fobiju \u2013 strah koji je ekstreman, te\u017eak i stalan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Kako da pomognete detetu u suo\u010davanju sa strahom i anksiozno\u0161\u0107u<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roditelji mogu da pomognu mali\u0161anu da razvije ve\u0161tine i samopouzdanje za prevazila\u017eenje straha kako se on ne bi pretvorio u fobiju.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Shvatite da strah zaista postoji.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Koliko god vam se de\u010dji strah \u010dinio bezazlen, shvatite da je on za va\u0161e dete realan i da se zbog toga ose\u0107a zabrinuto. Zato se roditeljima savetuje da \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e pri\u010daju sa decom o njihovim strahovima. Ukoliko razgovarate o objektu straha, njegova mo\u0107 se smanjuje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Nikada ne umanjujte zna\u010daj straha kako biste ohrabrili dete da ga prevazi\u0111e. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNe budi sme\u0161an! \u010cudovi\u0161ta ne postoje!\u201c mo\u017ee da vam pomogne da dete smestite u krevet, ali ne\u0107e u\u010diniti da njegov strah nestane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Sa druge strane, ne hranite njegov strah.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ukoliko se dete pla\u0161i pasa, ne prelazite na drugu stranu ulice kako biste izbegli susret sa jednim. To \u0107e u\u010dvrstiti uverenje da se pasa treba pla\u0161iti i da ih treba izbegavati. Omogu\u0107ite mali\u0161anu da uz vas sigurno pro\u0111e pored objekta straha. \u0160to je vi\u0161e takvih sigurnih i pozitivnih susreta sa objektom straha, ose\u0107aj straha \u0107e biti manji.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Nau\u010dite dete da proceni stepen straha.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ukoliko dete mo\u017ee da zamisli strah na skali od 1 do 10, mo\u0107i \u0107e i da primeti kada on po\u010dne da se smanjuje. Mla\u0111a deca mogu da ka\u017eu koliko se zaista pla\u0161e, pri \u010demu \u201edo kolena\u201c zna\u010di da nisu mnogo upla\u0161ena, \u201edo stomaka\u201c da se vi\u0161e pla\u0161e, ili \u201edo glave\u201c kada su potpuno prestravljena.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pomozite mali\u0161anu da ovlada tehnikama za prevazila\u017eenje straha.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Najjednostavniji na\u010din je da sebe postavite kao \u201esigurnu bazu\u201c od koje dete kre\u0107e ka predmetu svog straha. Kada se oseti upla\u0161eno, vra\u0107a se do vas, nakon \u010dega ponovo kre\u0107e ka objektu straha, prilaze\u0107i mu \u0161to bli\u017ee. Pritom mali\u0161an u sebi mo\u017ee da ponavlja re\u010di poput \u201eJa to mogu\u201c ili \u201eSve je u redu\u201c kako bi sebe ohrabrio i stekao samopouzdanje. Tehnike relaksacije tako\u0111e zna\u010dajno mogu da doprinesu u tom smislu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i vizuelizaciju ne\u010dega \u0161to dete voli (dok je blizu predmeta straha, zami\u0161lja da se igra na pla\u017ei ili da lebdi na oblaku) ili ve\u017ebe dubokog disanja.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gledano sa pozitivne strane, strah va\u0161eg mali\u0161ana \u010desto ga \u0161titi od situacija koje bi mogle da budu pogubne za njega. Strah zapravo predstavlja njegovo \u017eivotno osiguranje jer bi apsolutna neustra\u0161ivost mogla da navede dete da uradi ne\u0161to nepromi\u0161ljeno. U tom smislu, previ\u0161e bilo \u010dega je lo\u0161e.
