Mnogi roditelji znaju da dete koje raste mora dobro da se naspava, iako ve\u0107ina njih nije upoznata sa tim koliko sati sna mu je zaista potrebno u odre\u0111enom uzrastu, kao i kakav efekat mo\u017ee da izazove manjak sna, iako se radi o nedostatku od \u201esamo\u201c 30 do 60 minuta.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedan od razloga zbog kojih je te\u0161ko odrediti kada se va\u0161 mali\u0161an nije dovoljno naspavao je taj \u0161to pospana deca ne moraju nu\u017eno da uspore tempo funkcionisanja kao odrasli ljudi. Zato se roditelji i trude, a ponekad i muku mu\u010de da privole svoje mali\u0161ane da spavaju i naspavaju se. Dovoljno sna povezuje se sa boljom pa\u017enjom, boljim pam\u0107enjem, u\u010denjem i, generalno, sa boljim mentalnim i fizi\u010dkim zdravljem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa druge strane, nedostatak sna kod dece pove\u0107ava rizik od dijabetesa, depresije i gojaznosti, jer \u0107e posezati za hranom i grickalicama kako bi imali dovoljno energije da tokom dana ostanu budni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ameri\u010dka<\/span><b> Nacionalna fondacija za san<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nedavno je objavila nove preporuke o potrebnoj koli\u010dini sna za decu u razli\u010ditim uzrastima, a ukupan broj sati uklju\u010duje i popodnevno spavanje, koje je uobi\u010dajeno kod mla\u0111e dece.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Novoro\u0111en\u010dad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (0 do 3 meseca): preporu\u010deno vreme spavanja je 14 do 17 sati;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Odoj\u010dad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (4 do 11 meseci): preporu\u010deno vreme spavanja je 12 do 15 sati;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Mala deca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1 do 2 godine): trebalo bi da spavaju 11 do 14 sati;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pred\u0161kolci<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (3 do 5 godina): trebalo bi da spavaju 10 do 13 sati;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Deca \u0161kolskog uzrasta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (6 do 13 godina): preporu\u010deno vreme spavanja iznosi 9 do 11 sati;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Tinejd\u017eeri <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(14 do 17 godina): preporu\u010deno im je 8 do 10 sati sna.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Kako da pomognete svom detetu da se dobro naspava<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Klinika Klivlend <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">izdvaja nekoliko korisnih saveta za roditelje kako bi ujutru bili sigurni da se njihov mali\u0161an dovoljno naspavao:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neka vreme odlaska mali\u0161ana na spavanje i jutarnjeg bu\u0111enja bude isto. Tako \u0107e nau\u010diti da se samo uspava, kao i da ponovo utone u san ukoliko se probudi u toku no\u0107i.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ukoliko je dete lo\u0161e sanjalo i probudilo se usred no\u0107i, sasvim je u redu da pozove mamu ili tatu da ga ute\u0161e. Ipak, kada se umiri, roditelji treba da ga isprate nazad u njegov krevet.
