Od dolaska deteta na svet, pored neizmerne sre\u0107e i radosti, kod mnogih mladih majki i o\u010deva istovremeno se javlja i ose\u0107aj velike odgovornosti i obaveze da to malo, tek ro\u0111eno bi\u0107e izvedu na pravi put. Ipak, bez obzira na najbolje namere, ponekad intenzivna \u017eelja da za\u0161titite svoje dete od sveta koji ga okru\u017euje mo\u017ee da stvori problem vama, va\u0161em mali\u0161anu i va\u0161em me\u0111usobnom odnosu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi koji su prvi put postali roditelji ne razmi\u0161lja o tome da brigu o svojoj bebi prepusti drugoj osobi, bez obzira na to koliko bi im, recimo, dobro do\u0161lo malo vi\u0161e sna. Misao da se razdvoje od mali\u0161ana makar nakratko dovoljna je probudi njihov strah i ose\u0107aj krivice. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naravno da sam bila ube\u0111ena da niko drugi ne bi mogao da se brine o mojoj \u0107erkici bolje od mene. Ako bih zatekla sebe da ma\u0161tam o tome kako natenane u\u017eivam u toploj kupki, istog \u010dasa bih osetila ogromnu gri\u017eu savesti. Kako mogu da mislim na sebe pored Eme, koja mi je najva\u017enija u \u017eivotu? <strong>Ka\u017ee jedna mama.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ova majka prise\u0107a se kako ju je iscrpljenost naterala da uvidi da joj je potrebno neko vreme koje \u0107e posvetiti samo sebi.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada sam do\u0161la do faze u kojoj sam bila toliko umorna da nisam mogla normalno da funkcioni\u0161em zato \u0161to je Ema od ro\u0111enja bila stalno sa mnom, shvatila sam da svom detetu u takvom stanju verovatno \u010dinim vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi.\u00a0Tako\u0111e sam postala svesna toga da mi je odmor o\u010dajni\u010dki potreban, ne odmor od deteta ve\u0107 od materinstva. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u017eordan je kona\u010dno pozvala svoju majku da pri\u010duva Emu kako bi se naspavala. U po\u010detku je \u010dak i za nju bio veliki izazov da ne bude u istoj prostoriji sa malenom. Ipak, vremenom je mogla da iza\u0111e iz ku\u0107e dok je dete \u010duvala baka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ono \u0161to je D\u017eordan osetila bio je roditeljski strah od razdvajanja. Anksioznost zbog razdvajanja obi\u010dno se razmatra u kontekstu mali\u0161ana. Deca takav strah razvijaju od trenutka kada mame i tate poku\u0161aju da ih ostave sa nekom drugom osobom.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ipak, tokom procesa prilago\u0111avanja na novo lice anksioznost kod dece brzo pada u zaborav, dok roditelje nastavlja da progoni. Jedna studija je pokazala da su majke ose\u0107ale veliku zabrinutost zbog razdvajanja kada su njihova deca patila od gr\u010deva ili nekih drugih zdravstvenih tegoba. \u0160ta roditelj treba da uradi ako mu je potrebno malo vremena za sebe, a prosto ne mo\u017ee da se odvoji od mali\u0161ana? Slede\u0107i saveti mogu da vam pomognu da se izborite sa svojim strahom od razdvajanja:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Prihvatite razdvajanje kao ne\u0161to normalno<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za va\u0161e mentalno zdravlje i razvoj va\u0161eg deteta va\u017eno je da nastavite sa svojim \u017eivotom. Posetite frizera, oti\u0111ite na ru\u010dak sa prijateljicom ili na \u201esastanak\u201c sa suprugom. Kada se prvi put razdvajate od bebe, isprobajte neku kra\u0107u opciju, kao \u0161to je \u0161etnja do obli\u017enjeg parka ili odlazak u prodavnicu. Umanjite svoju anksioznost tako \u0161to \u0107ete svom detetu obezbediti konzistentnu, pouzdanu brigu i negu dok ste odsutni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Postepeno uvodite novu osobu koja \u0107e se brinuti o detetu<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eophodno je da va\u0161e dete upozna osobu koja \u0107e ga \u010duvati, kao i da \u017eeli da provodi vreme sa njom, bez obzira da li se radi o dadilji koju ste anga\u017eovali ili \u010dlanu va\u0161e porodice, odnosno prijatelju. U dogovorima oko \u010duvanja mali\u0161ana trebalo bi da postoji odre\u0111eni kontinuitet \u2013 trudite se da o detetu svaki put brine ista osoba, koju poznajete i sa kojom ste zadovoljni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dadilju tako\u0111e mo\u017eete da zamolite da se pridr\u017eava odre\u0111enog rasporeda kako se ne bi ose\u0107ali potpuno isklju\u010deno. Naglasite joj da vas obavezno pozove ako je ne\u0161to va\u017eno u pitanju. Izbegnite duge, emotivne rastanke \u2013 tako \u0107ete ne samo uznemiriti dete ve\u0107 i sebe i svi izgledi da \u0107ete provesti ugodno vreme van ku\u0107e ubrzo \u0107e nestati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mali\u0161an nikako ne sme da primeti kako se stvarno ose\u0107ate. Od njega ne mo\u017eete da o\u010dekujete da u\u017eiva u igri i raznim drugim aktivnostima kada niste zajedno ako ne mo\u017eete da obuzdate suze pred njim prilikom rastanka.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Neka vas vi\u0161e ne mu\u010di ose\u0107aj krivice<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160ta god da odlu\u010dite da radite sa svojim vremenom, u\u010dinite to bez gri\u017ee savesti, jer znate da o va\u0161em detetu brine neko koga poznajete i kome verujete. Setite se da imate pravo da sebi date malo odu\u0161ka, odnosno da vam je potrebno vreme da \u201eponovo napunite baterije\u201c, kao i da \u0107ete posle toga samo biti jo\u0161 bolji roditelj svom mali\u0161anu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada je prvi put pozvala svoju majku da \u010duva Emu, D\u017eordan je odlu\u010dila da koristi tu pogodnost samo kada je smatrala da je to ba\u0161 neophodno i kada su je \u010dekale neke obaveze i dogovori van ku\u0107e. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dalje nisam mislila o sebi. Trebalo mi je vremena da se naviknem na ideju da mogu da pozovem majku da \u010duva dete kako bih oti\u0161la sa drugaricom na kafu ili sa mu\u017eem na ve\u010deru. Nedavno sam sastavila spisak svih stvari koje sam \u017eelela da uradim i postepeno sam ih ispunjavala. Ono \u0161to je napravilo razliku je saznanje da sada podjednako brinem o Emi i sebi i poklanjam nam pa\u017enju kakvu
