Zato smo izdvojili nekoliko saveta koji roditeljima mogu da pomognu da svojim mali\u0161anima od ranog uzrasta usade zdrave navike u ishrani.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0107ina roditelja zna koliko je va\u017eno da se zadovolje de\u010dje nutritivne potrebe. Ipak, \u010dini se da je te\u0161ko doneti odluku o tome kako napraviti plan ishrane mali\u0161ana, zbog velikog broja informacija koje su dostupne iz razli\u010ditih izvora. Ipak, sa razvijanjem zdravih prehrambenih navika treba po\u010deti u ranom detinjstvu. U tom pogledu, izbalansirana ishrana je klju\u010dna jer obezbe\u0111uje sve neophodne sastojke koji su potrebni deci za njihov pravilan rast i razvoj. Takva ishrana se sastoji od tri obroka dnevno i dve u\u017eine koji obuhvataju slede\u0107e grupe namirnica: proteine, ugljene hidrate, vo\u0107e, povr\u0107e, mle\u010dne proizvode, i odre\u0111ene masti i \u0161e\u0107ere.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Zdrava ishrana u detinjstvu i njen uticaj u odraslom dobu<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roditelji koji svojoj deci od malih nogu razvijaju zdrave navike u ishrani pozitivno uti\u010du i na njihove prehrambene navike kasnije u \u017eivotu. Godinama unazad istra\u017eiva\u010di su sve vi\u0161e dolazili do dokaza da navike u ishrani i pona\u0161anje za stolom imaju uticaja na de\u010dju sklonost ka odre\u0111enoj hrani i obrascima ishrane u odraslom dobu. Ipak, veoma je va\u017eno \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e izbegavati zasla\u0111ena bezalkoholna pi\u0107a, brzu hranu i jela koja sadr\u017ee visok procenat masti i \u0161e\u0107era u ishrani najmla\u0111ih. Umesto toga, roditelji mogu da sklone tanjir i u nekom narednom periodu opet poku\u0161aju sa namirnicama koje su deca prvi put odbila. Tako \u0107e biti sigurni da mali\u0161ani nisu razvili negativna ose\u0107anja prema hrani koja im se ne svi\u0111a. Osim toga, slatki\u0161i tako\u0111e mogu da budu deo zdrave ishrane sve dok je njihovo konzumiranje ograni\u010deno i ukoliko se ne koriste kao nagrada.
