Sve mame i tate ose\u0107aju neizmerno zadovoljstvo dok se maze, igraju, smeju i istra\u017euju sa svojim mali\u0161anom, istovremeno ga odu\u0161evljeno posmatraju\u0107i kako raste, razvija se i u\u010di nove stvari. Ipak, biti roditelj sa sobom nosi i manje lepe trenutke ispunjene stresom, ljutnjom, nerviranjem i ogor\u010deno\u0161\u0107u \u2013 kada ne znate za\u0161to beba pla\u010de i kako da je smirite, kada dete do\u0111e sa potpuno iracionalnim zahtevima ili se stariji mali\u0161an grubo ophodi prema mla\u0111em bratu ili sestri. Takve situacije prirodno izazivaju jake emocije koje je te\u0161ko kontrolisati. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ipak, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva pona\u0161anje dece zbog kojeg bi roditelji \u201eisko\u010dili iz ro\u0111ene ko\u017ee\u201c nije iz zlih namera i smatra se normalnim delom odrastanja; ono je zapravo poku\u0161aj mali\u0161ana da se izbore sa komplikovanim i te\u0161kim ose\u0107anjima ili situacijama. Zato roditelji ne treba da se ljute, ve\u0107 da im pomognu i podr\u017ee ih kako bi se sa njima izborili. Zato vam predstavljamo tri strategije kako biste stekli emocionalnu samokontrolu i efikasno prevazi\u0161li stresne situacije.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Zavladajte svojim emocijama<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nema dobrih i lo\u0161ih emocija. Od na\u010dina na koji ih pro\u017eivljavamo, ispoljavamo i kontroli\u0161emo zavisi da li \u0107e one postati korisne ili \u0161tetne. Onda kada prestanemo da presu\u0111ujemo svojim ose\u0107anjima, postajemo otvoreniji da ih realno sagledamo i ovladamo njima, \u0161to predstavlja prvi korak ka kontrolisanju i izra\u017eavanju emocija na konstruktivan na\u010din. Va\u017eno je da prepoznamo svoje okida\u010de. Nije fer o\u010dekivati od deteta da se izbori sa na\u0161im emotivnim nasle\u0111em. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retki su roditelji koji se ne bi osetili posti\u0111eno, a ubrzo zatim ljuto i ogor\u010deno zato \u0161to se njihov mali\u0161an na nekom od porodi\u010dnih okupljanja naljutio jer nije dobio prvo par\u010de torte. Sa druge strane, njegova ljupka ro\u0111aka nesebi\u010dno poma\u017ee da se ise\u010de kola\u010d i za sebe uzima poslednje preostalo par\u010de, \u0161to izaziva odu\u0161evljenje svih prisutnih.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oslu\u0161kivanje i kontrolisanje vlastitih emocija omogu\u0107ava roditeljima na donesu svesnu odluku o tome kako da na najbolji na\u010din postupe u takvim situacijama umesto da impulsivno reaguju. U ovom slu\u010daju to bi zna\u010dilo udahnuti duboko nekoliko puta, a onda smireno re\u0107i detetu da razumete da je razo\u010darano, ali da je nemogu\u0107e da u svemu uvek bude prvo, kao i da to ne treba da ga brine. Tako biste mu preneli poruku da imate poverenja u njegovu sposobnost da se izbori sa situacijom. Iako je te\u0161ko ostati smiren, benefiti tog podviga su brojni i dalekose\u017eni. Tako, pre svega, ostajete povezani sa detetom umesto da uve\u0107ate njegovu uznemirenost nakon \u0161to je do\u017eivelo emotivni razlaz sa vama. Ono ose\u0107a da je shva\u0107eno a ne posramljeno, \u0161to ga \u010dini otvorenijim da prihvati postavljene granice pona\u0161anja. Osim toga, va\u0161a smirena reakcija umanjuje hormon stresa u de\u010djem mozgu, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava da se i ono samo lak\u0161e smiri. Uradite ne\u0161to potpuno neo\u010dekivano<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada pomislite da \u0107e vam svaka ko\u0161\u010dica u telu eksplodirati zbog preteranog zahteva ili iritantnog pona\u0161anja va\u0161eg deteta, mo\u017eda je u tom slu\u010daju najbolje da ga sna\u017eno zagrlite ili uradite ne\u0161to pomalo besmisleno. Tako mo\u017eete da umanjite stres i tenziju u datoj situaciji, dok va\u0161 potpuno neo\u010dekivan postupak mo\u017ee da stavi ta\u010dku na ne\u017eeljeno pona\u0161anje mali\u0161ana. To nikako ne zna\u010di da ste se prepustili ili da ga te\u0161ite. Ukoliko vam on ka\u017ee da vas vi\u0161e ne voli zato \u0161to ne \u017eelite da ga pustite da se igra jo\u0161 pet minuta, poku\u0161ajte da preusmerite njegovu pa\u017enju na ne\u0161to drugo. Pri\u0111ite mu i sna\u017eno ga zagrlite uz re\u010di: \u201e<em>\u010cini mi se da bi nam sad oboma dobro do\u0161ao jedan veliki zagrljaj\u201c.<\/em> Time mu pokazujete da znate da pati i saose\u0107ate sa njim. Ipak, stavite mu do znanja da o va\u0161oj odluci ne mo\u017ee da se pregovara, tako \u0161to mu ne dajete tih dodatnih pet minuta za igru niti mu olak\u0161avate da ne mora da prihvati granicu koja mu se ne svi\u0111a. Iznenadi\u0107ete se koliko takav stav mo\u017ee da promeni situaciju \u2013 u\u010diniti ne\u0161to potpuno suprotno od onoga \u0161to dete o\u010dekuje kada testira na\u0161u reakciju. Ili nemojte da zagrizete njegov <em>\u201emamac\u201c<\/em> ve\u0107 pustite neku muziku i po\u010dnite da igrate na sme\u0161an na\u010din. Pozovite ga da vam se pridru\u017ei. Dajte sebi odu\u0161ka<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada vam je te\u0161ko da ostanete smireni u prisustvu deteta, iskoristite tajm-aut kako biste se smirili, i nakon \u0161to ste se uverili da je dete bezbedno, iza\u0111ite iz sobe na minut ili dva. Pre nego \u0161to napustite prostoriju neka mali\u0161an zna da vam je potrebno malo vremena kako biste razmislili o re\u0161enju problema. Ovakva metoda \u010desto se poka\u017ee delotvornom jer tih par minuta mogu da zaustave dete u njegovim namerama. To vam tako\u0111e omogu\u0107ava da se bez prisustva mali\u0161ana suo\u010dite sa negativnim, intenzivnim emocijama koje ovakve situacije \u010desto izazivaju. Navedena strategija slu\u017ei i kao dobar primer va\u0161em mali\u0161anu kako da se izbori sa jakim emocijama \u2013 \u0161to je upravo ono \u010demu poku\u0161avate da ga nau\u010dite. Na ovaj na\u010din mo\u017eete da iza\u0111ete iz reaktivnog stanja i dobijete vremena da razmislite o tome \u0161ta zna\u010di pona\u0161anje va\u0161eg deteta i kakve pouke i zaklju\u010dke \u017eelite da izvu\u010de iz takvog iskustva. Vrlo je verovatno da \u0107ete do\u0107i do re\u0161enja koje postavlja granice ili usmerava de\u010dje pona\u0161anje dok ga u isto vreme ne obeshrabruje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovakva strategija posebno je efikasna ukoliko je primenjuju oba roditelja, pogotovo ukoliko postoji razmimoila\u017eenje oko toga kako reagovati na pona\u0161anje mali\u0161ana. Navedeni saveti mogu da doprinesu pronala\u017eenju najboljeg na\u010dina na koji negativne emocije mogu da se ostave po strani. Kona\u010dno, sve se svodi na razumevanje toga za\u0161to je va\u017eno ostati fokusiran i smiren. Dozvoliti najmla\u0111ima da vas izvedu iz takta zna\u010di da gubite kontrolu. Kako biste je povratili, uvek je po\u017eeljno da sebi date malo odu\u0161ka i porazmislite o situaciji. Odraslima obi\u010dno poma\u017ee da u sebi izbroje do deset, nekoliko puta duboko udahnu, opuste se, smire i uspostave kontrolu. Na taj na\u010din roditelji mogu racionalnije da razmi\u0161ljaju i donesu bolje odluke pred decom.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br
