Neka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da se jedno od osmoro dece bori sa anksiozno\u0161\u0107u. Njihovi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i strahovi vezani su za polazak u prvi razred, okru\u017eenost novim drugarima i nastavnicima, ili razdvajanje od roditelja. Ipak, s obzirom na to da takvo stanje nikako ne sme da se zanemari, sledi nekoliko saveta kako da pomognete deci da se izbore sa svojim strahovima i u kojim slu\u010dajevima treba potra\u017eiti savet i pomo\u0107 stru\u010dnjaka.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><b> Razgovarajte sa detetom o njegovim ose\u0107anjima<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deca pred\u0161kolskog uzrasta dovoljno su velika i znaju da opi\u0161u kako se ose\u0107aju. Zato je jedno od re\u0161enja da ih podstaknete da razgovaraju sa vama o svojim strahovima. Va\u017eno je da im tada pru\u017eite maksimalnu podr\u0161ku, kao i da sam razgovor ne traje predugo jer dete mo\u017ee da stekne utisak da se i roditelj boji pa postaje jo\u0161 nervoznije. Prona\u0111ite pravi trenutak za takav razgovor bez distrakcija koje \u0107e vas ometati. Tako\u0111e ne treba primoravati decu da razgovaraju o toj temi ukoliko ne \u017eele.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Poka\u017eite razumevanje za njihove strahove<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odrasli neretko nemaju dovoljno sluha za de\u010dje strahove. Ipak, va\u017eno je da roditelji poka\u017eu svojim mali\u0161anima da njihove brige shvataju ozbiljno. Tokom razgovora, stavite im do znanja da ste razumeli da su uznemireni i upla\u0161eni. Tokom razgovora poka\u017eite detetu neke od njih, kao \u0161to su relaksiraju\u0107e ve\u017ebe disanja \u2013 da sporo i duboko di\u0161e. Jedan od na\u010dina da ovakvu ve\u017ebu sprovedete u delo je da mali\u0161anu kada legne stavite mekanu igra\u010dku na stomak. Ipak, strahove nikako ne treba zanemariti i stru\u010dna pomo\u0107 je neophodna ako primetite da strahovi spre\u010davaju dete da u\u010destvuje u aktivnostima koje voli, kao i kada anksioznost ote\u017eava funkcionisanje porodice i svakodnevni \u017eivot.
