Osim fizi\u010dke aktivnosti kao najo\u010diglednijeg benefita, izdvojili smo i nekoliko dodatnih razloga zbog kojih je dobro da se deca bave sportom od ranog uzrasta: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ve\u0107e samopouzdanje<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bavljenje sportom u velikoj meri pozitivno uti\u010de na de\u010dje samopouzdanje i samopo\u0161tovanje. Deca koja u\u010destvuju u sportskim aktivnostima dobijaju pohvale i ohrabrenje od trenera, roditelja i ostatka ekipe u vidu tap\u0161anja po ramenu i \u201ebaci pet\u201c, \u0161to doprinosi njihovom samopouzdanju. Mali\u0161ani koji se bave sportom manje su depresivni i anksiozni, zato \u0161to ih sport u\u010di da veruju u svoje sposobnosti i budu ponosni na svoje uspehe. Ipak, njihovo samopouzdanje treba da ostane isto i kada pobe\u0111uju i kada gube. Iz tog razloga potrebno je zadr\u017eati fokus na trudu koji su ulo\u017eili i njihovom u\u017eivanju u sportu, umesto na tome da li su ostvarili trijumf ili do\u017eiveli poraz. Bave\u0107i se sportom, mali\u0161ani u\u010de o va\u017enosti timskog rada i saradnje i upu\u0107eni su ne samo na svoje vr\u0161njake ve\u0107 i na trenere i ostale zaposlene u klubu. Oni tako\u0111e usvajaju liderske sposobnosti, ve\u0161tine komunikacije i funkcionisanja u timu, \u0161to mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno da im pomogne u \u0161koli, budu\u0107oj poslovnoj karijeri i odnosima sa drugim ljudima iz okru\u017eenja. Osim toga, biti deo sportske ekipe sa sobom nosi i druge benefite, kao \u0161to su ose\u0107aj pripadnosti i mogu\u0107nost pronala\u017eenja novih prijatelja. Uvek \u0107e biti pobednika i gubitnika, pa deca treba da budu spremna i na jedno i na drugo. Bave\u0107i se sportom, mali\u0161ani u\u010de da po\u0161tuju svoje protivnike i pravila fer-pleja, kao i kako da prihvate i dostojanstveno se nose sa porazom umesto da budu obeshrabreni. Deca postaju svesna toga da ne mogu stalno da budu u ulozi pobednika, odnosno da je sasvim u redu da ponekad do\u017eive poraz. Osim toga, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da deca koja su aktivna u sportu pokazuju ve\u0107u psiholo\u0161ku otpornost. Kroz sport mali\u0161ani u\u010de da prevazi\u0111u neuspeh, izvuku pouke, uvide gde su pogre\u0161ili, i slede\u0107e nedelje ponovo se vrate na teren jo\u0161 ja\u010di i spremniji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nema ni\u010dega lo\u0161eg u \u017eelji za pobedom i ispoljavanju takmi\u010darskog duha. Ipak, ako izgubite, va\u017eno je da pru\u017eite ruku protivniku i budete veliki u porazu. Ovakvi kvaliteti poma\u017eu sportisti da ostvari svoje ciljeve, dostigne svoj puni potencijal i izbori se sa \u0161irokim spektrom drugih \u017eivotnih izazova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bave\u0107i se sportom, va\u0161 mali\u0161an \u0107e morati da po\u0161tuje odre\u0111ena pravila, sledi instrukcije i prihvata odluke trenera. Disciplina je na ceni u sportu, dok se lo\u0161e pona\u0161anje sankcioni\u0161e. Tim ne \u010dine dobri pojedinci, odnosno on ne mo\u017ee da bude uspe\u0161an ukoliko svi \u010dlanovi ekipe ne nau\u010de da sara\u0111uju, komuniciraju i rade na ostvarenju zajedni\u010dkog cilja. Zahvaljuju\u0107i sportu mali\u0161ani \u0107e nau\u010diti da funkcioni\u0161u kao tim, da uvide prednosti i mane ostalih saigra\u010da i lak\u0161e donesu odluke i naprave plan i strategiju kako bi iz svoje ekipe izvukli maksimum. Dodatne prednosti uklju\u010divanja mali\u0161ana u sportske aktivnosti su zdraviji na\u010din \u017eivota, postizanje boljeg uspeha u \u0161koli, ve\u0107a fizi\u010dka spremnost i kondicija itd. Ipak, kako bi dete po\u010delo da trenira neki sport, roditelji neretko moraju da ga ohrabre da se odlu\u010di na taj korak.
