S obzirom na to da pravilna ishrana predstavlja osnovu zdravlja za \u010ditav \u017eivot, njen osnovni i najva\u017eniji zadatak je da de\u010djem organizmu obezbedi optimalne koli\u010dine svih hranljivih sastojaka, pa tako i normalan fizi\u010dki, intelektualni, emotivni i socijalni rast i razvoj.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Koliko je bitna zdrava i uravnote\u017eena ishrana kod dece?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Veza izme\u0111u pravilne ishrane, zdravlja i sposobnosti za u\u010denje je neosporna. Ishrana je jedan od tri klju\u010dna faktora koji uti\u010du na de\u010dji razvoj, uz gene i neposredno okru\u017eenje u kojem mali\u0161ani odrastaju. Ipak, konzumiranje odre\u0111enih namirnica ne garantuje da \u0107e va\u0161em detetu proraditi klikeri, iako neki roditelji upravo iz tog razloga savetuju svojim mali\u0161anima da jedu \u0161to vi\u0161e ribe. Lo\u0161a ishrana u trudno\u0107i ote\u017eava rast fetusa i mo\u017ee negativno da se odrazi na razvoj mozga, \u0161to dovodi do trajnih hroni\u010dnih oboljenja. Takva ishrana majke koja doji tako\u0111e nepovoljno uti\u010de na de\u010dji celokupni razvoj, posebno tokom prvih \u0161est meseci bebinog \u017eivota, kada se hrani isklju\u010divo maj\u010dinim mlekom. Iz tog razloga sve trudnice moraju da vode ra\u010duna o tome da njihova ishrana bude zdrava i izbalansirana, odnosno da sadr\u017ei dosta va\u017enih hranljivih sastojaka koji su potrebni njoj i detetu koje nosi: ugljeni hidrati, proteini, kalcijum, gvo\u017ede i vitamini A, C i D. Iako na prvi pogled ova lista deluje previ\u0161e zahtevno, mnoge budu\u0107e majke zapravo ve\u0107 konzumiraju ve\u0107inu navedenih sastojaka \u2013 su\u0161tina je da njihova ishrana bude zasnovana na principima pravilne ishrane, koju najbolje reprezentuje piramida ishrane.<\/p>\n<p>Da li je neophodno da deca preko hrane u organizam unose sve pomenute hranljive materije? Odgovor je: DA. Benefiti pravilne ishrane za dobro zdravlje su brojni, \u0161to uostalom dokazuju brojna nau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja. Pre svega, pravilna i kvalitetna ishrana dojilja vodi do re\u0111ih i manje ozbiljnih slu\u010dajeva razli\u010ditih oboljenja kod dece kao \u0161to su proliv, infekcija uha i bakterijski meningitis. Zahvaljuju\u0107i ishrani bogatoj hranljivim sastojcima koju su unosili preko maj\u010dinog mleka takvi mali\u0161ani imaju bolje razvijen imuni sistem, koji se bori protiv infekcija. Na drugom mestu, po\u0161to je gvo\u017ede klju\u010dna komponenta mo\u017edanog tkiva, njegov nedostatak uzrokuje sporije kretanje mo\u017edanih impulsa, \u0161to mo\u017ee trajno da naru\u0161i razvoj de\u010djeg mozga, posebno tokom prve dve godine \u017eivota; nedostatak gvo\u017eda u tom periodu povezan je sa poreme\u0107ajima u pona\u0161anju i zakasnelim psihomotornim razvojem. Ipak, previ\u0161e gvo\u017eda takode mo\u017ee da predstavlja problem. Zato je va\u017eno prona\u0107i \u201epravu meru\u201c. Kona\u010dno, dokazano je da lo\u0161a ishrana smanjuje nivo aktivnosti deteta, socijalnu interakciju, radoznalost i kognitivno funkcionisanje. Ipak, mnoga istra\u017eivanja upravo to potvr\u0111uju. U ranom detinjstvu va\u017eno je da roditelji prate ishranu svog mali\u0161ana zbog kasnijeg uspeha u \u0161koli. Tako je dojenje povezano sa ve\u0107im koeficijentom inteligencije, dok nedostatak gvo\u017eda vodi do umanjenih kognitivnih sposobnosti i postignu\u0107a u \u0161kolskom uzrastu.
