Ipak, \u010desto nisu svesni toga da konstantne \u010destitke i komplimenti zapravo kontraproduktivno deluju na mali\u0161ane, jer ih u\u010de da je uspeh jedino \u0161to je va\u017eno i da treba da budu ponosni i zadovoljni sa svojim trenutnim sposobnostima i ume\u0107em. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, \u0161ta bi se desilo kada bi roditelji umesto da im samo \u010destitaju na uspehu, decu nau\u010dili da postoji ne\u0161to mnogo va\u017enije od uspeha, kao \u0161to je \u017eelja za stalnim napredovanjem, usavr\u0161avanjem i ostvarivanjem novih ciljeva? Neverovatno je kako mala promena u na\u010dinu na koji se obra\u0107amo deci mo\u017ee potpuno da promeni njihov stav i razmi\u0161ljanje o \u017eivotu i u\u010denju. Zato mnoge istaknute li\u010dnosti iz oblasti obrazovanja dece, kao \u0161to su Sal Kan sa <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.khanacademy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kan akademije<\/strong><\/a><\/span> i doktorka Kerol Dvek, isti\u010du koliko je va\u017eno usaditi deci <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.upworthy.com\/one-little-change-in-how-you-talk-to-your-kids-can-help-them-be-more-successful?c=ufb1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>razvojni umesto trajnog<\/strong><\/a><\/span> mentalnog stava.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0160ta su\u00a0trajni i razvojni mentalni stav i po \u010demu se oni razlikuju?<\/b><\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_10064\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/growth-mindset.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10064\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10064\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/growth-mindset.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/cdn.patch.com\/users\/22835664\/2015\/08\/T800x600\/20150855d73133db435.jpg \" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10064\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">http:\/\/cdn.patch.com\/users\/22835664\/2015\/08\/T800x600\/20150855d73133db435.jpg<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D<\/strong><\/span>oktorka Kerol Dvek sa Stenford univerziteta u svojoj knjizi <strong><em>\u201eMentalni stav\u201c<\/em><\/strong> detaljno razmatra dva na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja po kojima se ljudi razlikuju i koji u velikoj meri uti\u010du na njihov odnos prema \u0161koli, poslu, ljudima iz okru\u017eenja i \u017eivotu uop\u0161te.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ljudi koji imaju <strong>trajni mentalni stav<\/strong> sti\u010du uverenje da su kvaliteti koje poseduju, poput inteligencije ili talenata, kao u kamenu uklesani pa im se kao neophodnost name\u0107e da ih stalno iznova dokazuju umesto da ih razvijaju. Takve osobe veruju da je samo talenat dovoljan za uspeh \u2013 bez napornog rada i truda. Svaka nova situacija za njih zahteva potvrdu njihove inteligencije, li\u010dnosti ili karaktera, a ne priliku za u\u010denje i dalje napredovanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nasuprot tome,<strong> razvojni mentalni stav<\/strong> govori o tome da ove karakteristike nisu karte koje ste vi podelili sebi i sa kojima morate da \u017eivite, uvek poku\u0161avaju\u0107i da uverite i sebe i druge da imate <em>\u201eroyal flush\u201c<\/em> (najja\u010da ruka u pokeru) dok zapravo strahujete da raspola\u017eete samo sa parom desetki. Razvojni mentalni stav zasniva se na uverenju da su na\u0161i osnovni kvaliteti samo polazna ta\u010dka na putu ka uspehu i da mogu da se unaprede napornim radom i zalaganjem. Ovakvo gledi\u0161te razvija ljubav prema u\u010denju i otpornost, koji su klju\u010dni za velika postignu\u0107a. Prakti\u010dno svi veliki nau\u010dnici, pisci i sportisti poseduju takve kvalitete. Svakako da ne. Umesto toga oni smatraju da se nikada ne zna koliki je zapravo potencijal svakoga od nas, pa da je zato nemogu\u0107e predvideti \u0161ta sve mo\u017ee da se postigne uz godine napornog rada, odricanja i u\u010denja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razvojni mentalni stav podsti\u010de decu da nastave da rade kako bi ostvarila svoj cilj, bilo da se radi o \u017eelji da dobiju bolju ocenu ili da napreduju u sportu, umesto da budu zadovoljna postignutim i prestanu dalje da se trude kako bi bila jo\u0161 bolja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ipak, postoji ogromna razlika izme\u0111u ignorisanja uspeha deteta i pomaganja mu da usvoji razvojni mentalni stav. U tom smislu, ne treba ih u\u010diti da misle kako <em><strong>\u201eni\u0161ta nije dovoljno dobro\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, ve\u0107 da <strong><em>\u201euvek postoji prostor za napredak\u201c<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ovo su samo neki od primera poruka koje roditelji prenose deci koriste\u0107i trajni i razvojni mentalni stav:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trajni mentalni stav: <\/strong><em>\u201eDobio si peticu na testu, pametnice mamina!\u201c<\/em><\/li>\n<li><b>Razvojni mentalni stav<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201e<em>Naporno si radio i u\u010dio da dobije\u0161 peticu na testu. Ako tako nastavi\u0161, jo\u0161 vi\u0161e \u0107e\u0161 napredovati!\u201c<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Trajni mentalni stav<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201e<em>Ta\u010dno si re\u0161ila sva pitanja na testu \u2013 nema boljeg u\u010denika od tebe!\u201c<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Razvojni mentalni stav<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <em>\u201eOdli\u010dno si uradila test! Lak\u0161e je misliti da je Novak \u0110okovi\u0107 dobar teniser zato \u0161to je ro\u0111en sa tim talentom nego zato \u0161to je proveo pola svog \u017eivota treniraju\u0107i i ve\u017ebaju\u0107i. Lak\u0161e je verovati u \u010duda nego u naporan rad i trud. Ipak, siguran put ka uspehu u \u0161koli, sportu, na poslu poplo\u010dan je verovanjem u stalni napredak koje proizvodi razvojni mentalni stav. U prilog tome govori i jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e citiranih izjava najve\u0107e legende NBA lige svih vremena Majkla D\u017eordana, kao pravog primera osobe sa razvojnim mentalnim stavom: <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proma\u0161io sam vi\u0161e od 9000 \u0161uteva u karijeri. Izgubio skoro 300 utakmica. Dvadeset \u0161est puta povereno mi je da uputim \u0161ut za pobedu, a ja sam proma\u0161io. U \u017eivotu sam bezbroj puta padao i padao. I ba\u0161 zbog toga sam uspeo.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zato je veoma va\u017eno na koji na\u010din \u0107e roditelji pohvaliti svoje dete i tako mu mo\u017eda zna\u010dajno olak\u0161ati da ostvari sve svoje snove.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Kako se razvojni mentalni stav pokazao u praksi?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D<\/strong><\/span>oktorka <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.upworthy.com\/one-little-change-in-how-you-talk-to-your-kids-can-help-them-be-more-successful?c=ufb1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dvek<\/strong><\/a><\/span> zajedno sa svojim timom provela je istra\u017eivanje nad grupom u\u010denika sedmog razreda u \u0161koli. Prvo su identifikovali dve grupe dece \u2013 jednu koja je imala razvojni mentalni stav (inteligencija mo\u017ee da se pove\u0107a kroz pove\u0107ani napor) i onu koja je imala trajni mentalni stav (inteligencija je predodre\u0111ena i nepromenjiva).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nakon toga istra\u017eiva\u010di su zapo\u010deli proces promene na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja kod test grupe dece sa slabim akademskim rezultatom. U\u010denici su poha\u0111ali kratak kurs o psihologiji mozga i ume\u0107u u\u010denja. U okviru te grupe, test grupa je dodatno u\u010dila o tome kako je inteligencija promenjiva i da se na njoj mo\u017ee raditi, dok kontrolna grupa taj deo kursa nije slu\u0161ala. Na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja i ocene pokazali su o\u010diglednu razliku. Test grupa je do kraja \u0161kolske godine ostvarila bolje rezultate. Kontrolna grupa nije imala bolji akademski rezultat niti promenu u na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja. Po re\u010dima doktorke Dvek, razlog ovako zna\u010dajne razlike u uspehu koji su deca postigla pre i posle kursa le\u017ei u promeni njihovog cilja<em> \u201eizgledaj pametno sve vreme i po svaku cenu\u201c<\/em> i uspostavljanju novog <em>\u201estalno u\u010di po svaku cenu<\/em>\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"RSA ANIMATE: How To Help Every Child Fulfil Their Potential\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Yl9TVbAal5s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><b>Za\u0161to je razvojni mentalni stav koristan za de\u010dji razvoj?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>R<\/strong><\/span>azvojni mentalni stav poma\u017ee deci da nau\u010de da prevazi\u0111u povr\u0161inski aspekt uspeha, kao i da te\u017ee da dalje napreduju i razvijaju svoje sposobnosti. Ovakav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja posebno je va\u017ean za mali\u0161ane koji imaju problem sa u\u010denjem u \u0161koli. Takva deca naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se od malih nogu vaspitavaju za trajni mentalni stav, zbog \u010dega su fokusirana isklju\u010divo na uspeh. Kao posledica toga, te\u0161ko\u0107e na koje nailaze posmatraju kao nedostatak sposobnosti. Lo\u0161a ocena ili kritika rezultira njihovim manjim zalaganjem ili odustajanjem, odnosno padom motivacije i interesovanja upravo u trenutku kada je potreba za pru\u017eanjem dodatnog truda i napora najve\u0107a. Tako stvaraju ogromnu prepreku na putu ka \u017eeljenom uspehu. Ovakav na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja tako\u0111e poma\u017ee deci da budu otvorena za nove ideje, da vole izazove, da ih gre\u0161ke intrigiraju, da u\u017eivaju u svom trudu, da nastave da u\u010de i da se ne pla\u0161e neuspeha jer \u0107e samo tako biti pravi pobednici na svim poljima.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Koje je najbolje vreme za usvajanje razvojnog mentalnog stava?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>K<\/strong><\/span>ao ve\u0107ina nastavnih metoda, razvojni mentalni stav je najkorisniji ako se usvoji u ranom detinjstvu, kada se deca najbr\u017ee razvijaju i najvi\u0161e u\u010de. Prema re\u010dima Sala Kana, <strong>uprkos tome \u0161to je razvojni mentalni stav najdelotvorniji u ranom uzrastu, nikada nije prekasno da \u010dovek nau\u010di da razmi\u0161lja na ovakav na\u010din.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zato slede\u0107i put kada va\u0161e dete dobije dobru ocenu, ne govorite mu kako je pametno, ve\u0107 pohvalite njegovu sposobnost za u\u010denje i podstaknite ga da nastavi da se trudi i napreduje.
