Iz li\u010dnog iskustva, svaki put kada bih ugrabila priliku da dremnem u toku dana, mogla sam posle bolje da ispunjavam svakodnevne obaveze, nego da sam nastavila u istom ritmu, umorna i neispavana. To mi do\u0111e kao dodatni izvor energije.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/little-girl-taking-a-nap-with-teddy-bear-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7147\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/little-girl-taking-a-nap-with-teddy-bear-1.jpg\" alt=\"little-girl-taking-a-nap-with-teddy-bear\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina nas voli da odspava tokom dana. Postoje razli\u010diti razlozi &#8211; jedni su nedovoljno ispavani od prethodne no\u0107i, dok su drugi mo\u017eda morali da ustanu veoma rano, ili su imali glavobolje, ne\u0161to poput toga&#8230; Ipak, popodnevna dremka je termin koji nas \u010de\u0161\u0107e asocira na malu decu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Bebe uzrasta od 3 do 11 meseci u proseku spavaju jednom do \u010detiri puta u toku dana, a ove dremke traju od 30 minuta do dva sata.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>O va\u017enosti popodnevnog sna za decu ve\u0107 smo pisali <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/roditeljstvo\/koliko-je-vazno-da-spavamo\/\"><b>na na\u0161em blogu<\/b><\/a><\/span>. Tad smo govorili, a i sada podse\u0107amo, da je popodnevna dremka veoma bitna za decu, pre svega jer im poma\u017ee da lak\u0161e u\u010de nove ve\u0161tine, kao i da bolje i br\u017ee pamte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/boy-taking-a-nap.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7145\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/boy-taking-a-nap.jpg\" alt=\"boy-taking-a-nap\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nedavno objavljena<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b> <\/b><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/112\/5\/1625\"><b>studija u Zborniku Nacionalne akademije nauka<\/b><\/a><\/span> u SAD govori u prilog ovoj tezi:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U istra\u017eivanju sprovedenom na Univerzitetu u \u0160efildu u\u010destvovalo je 40 beba, uzrasta izme\u0111u \u0161est meseci i godinu dana. Testirana je njihova sposobnost da primene novoste\u010dene ve\u0161tine, u zavisnosti od toga da li su u toku dana spavale ili ne. Istra\u017eiva\u010di su u tu svrhu koristili lutku sa rukavicom, koja na sebi ima zaka\u010deno zvonce. Nakon \u0161to bi sa lutkom zainteresovali bebe, uklonili bi rukavicu i protresli je tri puta kako bi im pokazali zvuk koji pravi. Potom su je zamenili sa nekom drugom rukavicom koju bi stavili na ruku lutke. Postupak bi nekoliko puta ponovili. Jedna grupa beba je u naredna \u010detiri sata spavala u proseku 106 minuta, ali je zato 21 beba spavala samo pola sata, ili manje.<\/p>\n<p>Sutradan, nakon \u0161to su sve bebe mirno prespavale no\u0107, istra\u017eiva\u010di su im opet pokazali lutku i rukavice kako bi otkrili da li \u0107e se bebe setiti i poku\u0161ati na ponove postupak sa zamenom rukavica. Bebe koje su du\u017ee odspavale u toku dana bile su znatno bolje u reprodukovanju onoga \u0161to su im istra\u017eiva\u010di pokazali, nego one koje su spavale manje od pola sata.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/mom-and-little-girl-taking-a-nap.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7148\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/mom-and-little-girl-taking-a-nap.jpg\" alt=\"mom-and-little-girl-taking-a-nap\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak studije bio je da <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>spavanje koje sledi odmah posle u\u010denja neke nove ve\u0161tine<\/b> <strong>olak\u0161ava<\/strong> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/well.blogs.nytimes.com\/2015\/01\/12\/naps-may-be-good-for-a-babys-learning\/?_r=1\"><b>konsolidaciju podataka<\/b><\/a><\/span> u sistemu deklarativnog pam\u0107enja kod beba, <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>odnosno<\/strong><\/span> da <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>pove\u0107ava njihovu sposobnost da primene novoste\u010dena znanja<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Doktorka D\u017eejn Herbert sa Univerziteta u \u0160efildu koja je vodila istra\u017eivanje, slo\u017eila se sa tim zaklju\u010dkom, kao i rezultatima testiranja.
