Vi\u0161e od jedanput, sigurna sam. Zahvaljuju\u0107i roditeljima, profesorima i reklamama, shvatili ste poruku. A pri tome, nije te\u0161ko to i uraditi. Pojedite jabuku za doru\u010dak, me\u0161anu salatu ili sendvi\u010d za ru\u010dak, bananu popodne i picu ili rezance sa povr\u0107em za ve\u010deru, to je \u010dak vi\u0161e od pet, zar ne? Nije te\u0161ko ako imate vremena da provedete u supermarketu ili \u010dak, jo\u0161 bolje, prodavnicama sve\u017eih proizvoda; ako imate vremena da pripremite hranu i skuvate ne\u0161to novo svakog dana; ili pak ako jednostavno volite da pripremite i pojedete dobro jelo u dru\u0161tvu prijatelja i porodice. Drugim re\u010dima, zdrava ishrana od pet porcija vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a na dan ne predstavlja problem, ukoliko niste student.<\/p>\n<p>Zaista, ima mnogo razloga za\u0161to studenti jedu usput: izme\u0111u predavanja, zbog putovanja, jer sme\u0161taj na kampusu nema kuhinju, iz straha da ne propuste neki doga\u0111aj dok su sami u kuhinji, itd. Me\u0111utim, ovo ne zna\u010di da obrok nije dobar za vas ili da je nezdrav. Mogu\u0107e je, naravno, na\u0107i sendvi\u010de sa povr\u0107em, zapakovane salate i druge zdrave, ve\u0107 pripremljene, obroke. Druga krajnost, jedenje jedne jabuke ili li\u0161\u0107a zelene salate tako\u0111e ne predstavlja pravi obrok.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_208225216.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5469 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_208225216-508x322.jpg\" alt=\"navike u ishrani\" width=\"508\" height=\"322\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Lo\u0161e navike u ishrani<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cThe Independent\u201d prenosi da je nedavno istra\u017eivanje pokazalo da skoro polovina intervjuisanih studenata namerava\/planira da pre\u017eivi na \u0161e\u0107eru, pici, rezancima i krofnama. Tako\u0111e je otkriveno da ve\u0107ina studenata preska\u010de doru\u010dak skoro svakog dana. Kao posledica toga, ugojili su se u proseku\u00a05 kilograma tokom svoje prve godine na univerzitetu. I dok gojaznost uop\u0161teno lo\u0161e uti\u010de na va\u0161e zdravlje, ona tako\u0111e doprinosi lo\u0161em mentalnom zdravlju i blagostanju. Posledice lo\u0161e ishrane uklju\u010duju i nisko samopo\u0161tovanje, nesposobnost da se koncentri\u0161ete i obavljate svoje obaveze kako treba, konstantan umor. Ponavljam, nemaju svi studenti iste navike, a zdrava ishrana zahteva dosta truda.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, univerziteti podsti\u010du na fizi\u010dku aktivnost uz pomo\u0107 raznih sportskih timova, programa (zdrave) ishrane, uspe\u0161no vode kampanje i podi\u017eu svest o ovim problemima. Ove inicijative mo\u017eda ne\u0107e u potpunosti pomo\u0107i studentima da se bolje hrane po\u0161to je to i pitanje finansija; mnogi od njih imaju ograni\u010den bud\u017eet i pote\u0161ko\u0107a da plate cenu zdrave hrane. To je za\u010darani krug, nezdrava ishrana dovodi do ve\u0107eg stresa i manje efikasnog u\u010denja. Istovremeno, lo\u0161 u\u010dinak ili pritisak da se ostvari bilo \u0161ta su ve\u0107 dovoljno stresni i mogu dovesti do porasta nezdravih navika u ishrani.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_136653869-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5471 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_136653869-2-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"lo\u0161e navike u ishrani\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Nikada ne preska\u010dite doru\u010dak<\/h2>\n<p>Svi su jako zauzeti, ali iz iskustva znam da postoje neki <strong>saveti<\/strong> koje treba zapamtiti jer imaju sjajan pozitivan efekat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nikad ne preska\u010dite doru\u010dak: \u010dak i ako je to samo par\u010de hleba, va\u0161em telu je potrebno da prekine no\u0107ni post kako bi funkcionisalo normalno tokom novog dana.<\/li>\n<li>Dr\u017eite zdravu u\u017einu blizu sebe: bademi su odli\u010dni, ali je i vo\u0107e lako poneti, kao i pirin\u010dane kola\u010di\u0107e ili obi\u010dne kokice.<\/li>\n<li>Bavite se fizi\u010dkom aktivno\u0161\u0107u: ako ne mo\u017eete da tr\u010dite, hodajte \u0161to vi\u0161e mo\u017eete (preporu\u010dena doza je 30 min dnevno) i iza\u0111ite malo u prirodu, to tako\u0111e poma\u017ee umu.<\/li>\n<li>Jedite manje soli, zasi\u0107enih masti i (dodatka) \u0161e\u0107era: lak\u0161e je re\u0107i nego u\u010diniti, ali smanjenje njihove koli\u010dine \u0107e pomo\u0107i da se dobro ose\u0107ate.<\/li>\n<li>Ne zaboravite na alkohol: alkohol je tako\u0111e va\u017ean izvor kalorija i pod njegovim dejstvom jedemo sve \u0161to nam padne pod ruku i u bilo koje vreme, a to se ne preporu\u010duje.<\/li>\n<li>Pijte vodu i u\u017eivajte u dobroj hrani i dobrom dru\u0161tvu!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_167098469.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5472 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/shutterstock_167098469-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"dobre navike u ishrani\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kako je bilo vama kada ste bili student?
