Da, to je ono zelenkasto tropsko vo\u0107e, koje vi\u0111amo u prodavnicama zajedno sa mangom, papajom, i koje nije nimalo jeftino. Tako pripremljen, avokado je izuzetno bogat hranljivim materijama, ali je i veoma kalori\u010dan. Iako bi, kad malo bolje razmislim, moje omiljeno jelo sa avokadom bila kombinacija manga, \u010dilija i avokado salse, sa salatom i grilovanim brancinom.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i tome \u0161to svakodnevno koristi ovu &#8222;superhranu&#8220; u pripremi razli\u010ditih jela Luiz je postala veoma ve\u0161ta u pripremi i \u010duvanju avokada.
