Sun\u010deva svetlost je najbolji izvor vitamina D koji nam poma\u017ee da <a href=\"http:\/\/kidshealth.org\/parent\/firstaid_safe\/outdoor\/sun_safety.html\">apsorbujemo kalcijum za ja\u010de i zdravije kosti<\/a>. Ipak, preveliko izlaganje suncu mo\u017ee da izazove o\u0161te\u0107enja ko\u017ee i o\u010diju, supresiju imunog sistema i karcinom ko\u017ee. Zato je va\u017eno da se roditelji pridr\u017eavaju pravila za\u0161tite ko\u017ee od sunca i da nau\u010de svoju decu merama predostro\u017enosti kako bi bili bezbedni od sun\u010devih zraka \u010ditavog \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/child-sunce.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3654\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/child-sunce-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"child-sunce\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je sun\u010deva svetlost?<\/h2>\n<p>Sun\u010deva svetlost je sa\u010dinjena od tri tipa ultravioletnih zraka: <strong>UVA, UVB <\/strong>i<strong> UVC<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pod uticajem UVA zraka ko\u017ea stari, gubi elasti\u010dnost i mo\u017ee do\u0107i do nastanka karcinoma ko\u017ee. Preplanulost ko\u017ee, koja nastaje usled UVA zra\u010denja, ne \u0161titi ko\u017eu od daljih o\u0161te\u0107enja od sunca.<\/li>\n<li>UVB zraci mogu da izazovu opekotine od sunca, kataraktu, suprimiraju imuni sistem i mogu da dovedu do raka ko\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>UVC zraci bi bili najopasniji za sav \u017eivi svet na zemlji kada bi stizali do povr\u0161ine na\u0161e planete, ali njih u potpunosti upija ozonski omota\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>Zato je va\u017eno da sebe, a posebno decu, na adekvatan na\u010din za\u0161titimo od UVA i UVB zra\u010denja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/family-on-the-beach.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3655\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/family-on-the-beach-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"family-on-the-beach\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ko spada u najrizi\u010dniju grupu od nastanka opekotina od sunca i raka ko\u017ee?<\/h2>\n<p>Niko nije bezbedan od sun\u010devog zra\u010denja, bez obzira na boju ko\u017ee. Me\u0111utim, neza\u0161ti\u0107eno izlaganje suncu je najopasnije za decu koja imaju mlade\u017ee, za ljude svetle puti, kao i za osobe sa porodi\u010dnom istorijom raka ko\u017ee. Tako\u0111e, trebalo bi uzeti u obzir i mesto na kome se izla\u017eete UV zracima. Rizik da izgorite je isti, bilo da se nalazite na planini ili na pla\u017ei. Dodatne mere predostro\u017enosti trebalo bi preduzeti u blizini ekvatora, gde je sunce najja\u010de, kao i na ve\u0107im nadmorskim visinama, jer zbog re\u0111eg vazduha i manje oblaka vi\u0161e UV zraka dospeva do tla. To zna\u010di da \u010dak i kada u\u017eivate u skijanju trebalo bi da se za\u0161titite od sunca. UV zraci se podjednako odbijaju od vode i snega, \u0161to dovodi do poja\u010dane UV izlo\u017eenosti.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kids-under-sun.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3656\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/kids-under-sun-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"kids-under-sun\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kako da se na najbolji na\u010din za\u0161titite od sunca?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Centar za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti daje slede\u0107e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/cancer\/skin\/basic_info\/children.htm\">savete kako da se za\u0161titite od sunca<\/a>:<\/p>\n<h3>Izbegavajte izlaganje sun\u010devim zracima kada su najopasniji<\/h3>\n<p>Ne izla\u017eite se direktno suncu i potra\u017eite neku hladovinu onda kada je UV zra\u010denje najve\u0107e (obi\u010dno je to period od 10 do 16 \u010dasova). \u010cak i kada je napolju obla\u010dno ili vetrovito, sun\u010devi zraci dopiru do ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nosite adekvatnu ode\u0107u<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Najbolji na\u010din da se za\u0161titite od \u0161tetnog dejstva sun\u010devih zraka je da nosite odgovaraju\u0107u garderobu, kao \u0161to su majice ili ko\u0161ulje dugih rukava, i pantalone. Mo\u017eete i da iskoristite ki\u0161obran, \u0161ator ili ne\u0161to sli\u010dno, \u0161to \u0107e vam napraviti hlad, i za\u0161tititi vas od sun\u010devih zraka.<\/p>\n<h3>Koristite kreme za sun\u010danje sa za\u0161titnim faktorom (SPF)<\/h3>\n<p>Bebe od 6 meseci i deca trebalo bi da koriste kreme za sun\u010danje sa za\u0161titnim faktorom 30 ili ve\u0107im. Dobro nama\u017eite dete svaki put pre nego \u0161to iza\u0111e na sunce, i to 15 do 30 minuta pre izlaganja direktnoj sun\u010devoj svetlosti. Preporuka Ameri\u010dke akademije za dermatologiju je da postupak ponovite u proseku na svaka dva sata. Ukoliko va\u0161e dete u\u017eiva u vodi, koristite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aad.org\/spot-skin-cancer\/understanding-skin-cancer\/kids-and-sun-safety\/Kids-and-sun-safety\">vodotporne proizvode sa UV za\u0161titom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nosite nao\u010dare za sunce<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Va\u0161e o\u010di, kao i ko\u017ea, trebalo bi da budu za\u0161ti\u0107ene od sunca. Za decu nabavite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sunsafetyforkids.org\/sunprotection\/sunglasses\/\">sun\u010dane nao\u010dare sa 100% UV za\u0161titom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/sunscreen.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3657\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/sunscreen-508x338.jpg\" alt=\"sunscreen\" width=\"508\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160ta u\u010diniti ako dete izgori na suncu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prekomernim izlaganjem deteta UV zracima rizikujete da va\u0161 mali\u0161an izgori na suncu. Ko\u017ea tada postaje crvena, vru\u0107a i upaljena, uz pojavu bola i svraba.
