U dana\u0161nje vreme, uz brz tempo \u017eivota, ljudi se \u010desto odri\u010du doru\u010dka kod ku\u0107e kako bi se spremili i na vreme krenuli na posao ili u \u0161kolu. Ipak, mnogi stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du da je preskakanje doru\u010dka pogre\u0161no, \u010dak i \u0161tetno za na\u0161e zdravlje, smatraju\u0107i ga i dalje najva\u017enijim obrokom u toku dana. Zdrav doru\u010dak je veoma va\u017ean jer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daje nam preko potrebnu energiju za obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti;<\/li>\n<li>Pobolj\u0161ava koncentraciju i u\u010dinak na poslu, u \u0161koli itd;<\/li>\n<li>Poma\u017ee nam da telesnu te\u017einu dr\u017eimo pod kontrolom;<\/li>\n<li>Obezbe\u0111uje unos va\u017enih vitamina, minerala i drugih hranljivih materija.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Obi\u010dno smo rano ujutru u \u017eurbi i nemamo mnogo vremena za pripremu doru\u010dka. Zato vam dajemo nekoliko predloga kako da brzo i jednostavno pripremite zdrav doru\u010dak<\/p>\n<p>[divider]<\/p>\n<h2>Vo\u0107ni \u0161ejk<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/healthy-monday-breakfast-smoothie.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3466\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/healthy-monday-breakfast-smoothie-250x250.jpg\" alt=\"healthy-monday-breakfast-smoothie\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a>\u0160ejk je odli\u010dan na\u010din da zdravo zapo\u010dnete dan. To je hranljivi gusti sok, koji se pravi blendiranjem sve\u017eeg vo\u0107a. Najbolje je da koristite vo\u0107e koje je karakteristi\u010dno za va\u0161e podneblje, kao i sezonsko vo\u0107e. Osim vo\u0107a, u pripremi ovakvih napitaka koristi se i med, javorov sirup, zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e, izmrvljen led, puter od kikirikija ili \u201esuper-hrana\u201c kao \u0161to su AFA alge, spirulina, klorela (zelena alga), maca prah, seme maka, goji bobice, crni kim (Nigella sativa), itd, koji im daju dodatnu nutritivnu vrednost. Ka\u0161asti sokovi su veoma zdravi, a njihova nutritivna vrednost uglavnom zavisi od vo\u0107a i zeleni\u0161a koji se koristi u njihovoj pripremi. Zeleni\u0161 bilo koje vrste je bogat hlorofilom, koji je dobro poznat po svojim blagotvornim dejstvima. On pobolj\u0161ava varenje i asimilaciju hrane, doprinosi formiranju hemoglobina i crvenih krvnih zrnaca, a i vr\u0161i alkalizaciju i detoksikaciju organizma, izme\u0111u ostalog. Ovas je bogat omega-3 masnim kiselinama, koje su dobre za kardiovaskularni sistem i za balansiranje nivoa holesterola. Ovaj obrok je tako\u0111e dobar izvor kalijuma, magnezijuma, mangana, selena, cinka, gvo\u017e\u0111a i vlakana. Re\u010d je o namazu koji se pravi od kuvanih leblebija, limunovog soka, susam paste, belog luka i za\u010dina. Ima jedinstven, pikantan ukus i mo\u017ee da se konzumira pojedina\u010dno, kao namaz za sendvi\u010de, kao prilog ili kao sos sa sve\u017eim ili kuvanim povr\u0107em. Humus je odli\u010dan i zdrav izvor proteina, vlakana, omega-3 masnih kiselina, gvo\u017e\u0111a, mangana i folne kiseline. Zbog svog visokog sadr\u017eaja vlakana dobar je za smanjenje visokog nivoa holesterola i za mr\u0161avljenje. To mogu da budu banane, jabuke, pomorand\u017ee, kru\u0161ke, jagode, maline, kajsije, breskve itd. Sve\u017ee vo\u0107e je bogato prirodnim \u0161e\u0107erima i oni vam mogu dati energiju za ostatak dana. Sa druge strane, \u0161oljica kafe ujutru nije najbolji izbor za po\u010detak dana.
