Voda je osnova za pravilno funkcionisanje ljudskog organizma. Nalazi se u svim telesnim \u0107elijama, tkivima i organima, poma\u017ee u regulisanju telesne temperature, eliminisanju nusproizvoda i toksina iz metabolizma, poma\u017ee u varenju, spre\u010dava konstipaciju, prenosi nutriente i druge klju\u010dne elemente u sve delove tela, hidrira ko\u017eu. Pored pijenja \u010diste vode, uno\u0161enje hrane koja sadr\u017ei vodu je drugi efikasan na\u010din da rehidrirate svoje telo. Pored svog neodoljivog slatkog ukusa, lubenica je bogat izvor kalijuma, vitamina A, B6 i vitamina C. Lubenica sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e likopena od bilo kog drugog vo\u0107a ili povr\u0107a. Osim \u0161to odr\u017eavaju organizam hidriranim, krastavci poma\u017eu u regulaciji unutra\u0161nje temperature organizma i eliminisanju toksina.
