Mo\u017eda ste se zapitali \u0161ta zapravo predstavlja taj sastojak, i za\u0161to se sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e pominje u ishrani. Za one koji ne znaju, gluten je komponenta prisutna u p\u0161enici i mnogim drugim \u017eitaricama, i njegovi proteini obezbe\u0111uju elasti\u010dnost i lepljivost proizvodima od bra\u0161na<sup>1<\/sup>. Definisanje glutena ipak je mnogo slo\u017eenije od ovog kratkog obja\u0161njenja, posebno kada je u pitanju na\u010din na koji ljudski organizam funkcioni\u0161e.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160ta je gluten?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gluten se nalazi u \u017eitaricama kao \u0161to su p\u0161enica, je\u010dam, ra\u017e i tritikale. Kako istra\u017eiva\u010di sa Mayo Clinic navode, njegovim uno\u0161enjem u organizam podsti\u010de se niz reakcija koje uzrokuju upalne procese u tankom crevu kod osoba koje boluju od celijakije.<sup>2<\/sup> Zato su mnogi, ne samo ljudi koji pate od ove opasne bolesti, pre\u0161li na bezglutensku ishranu, koja se pokazala veoma efikasnom i kod mnogih drugih zdravtstvenih problema, uklju\u010duju\u0107i autoimune bolesti, probleme sa varenjem, migrena, itd.<\/p>\n<p>Gluten je u ve\u0107oj ili manjoj meri prisutan u gotovo svim namirnicama koje koristimo u ishrani, od suhomesnatih proizvoda do mnogih \u017eitarica i hrane upakovane u razli\u010ditoj ambala\u017ei. Gluten je bezopasan za decu, osim ukoliko im je dijagnostikovana celijakija ili preosetljivost na gluten. <strong>Neki od simptoma netolerancije ili preosetljivosti na gluten su gasovi, nadimanje, dijareja, umor i vrtoglavica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Da li je bezglutenska ishrana zaista neophodna?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dok smo mi, kao odrasli, u stanju da svesno donesemo odluku o promeni re\u017eima ishrane i razumemo prednosti dijete, stvari ne funkcioni\u0161u tako jednostavno kada su deca u pitanju. Osim ukoliko im je bezglutenska ishrana potrebna iz medicinskih razloga, pitamo se da li \u0107e im takva promena zaista biti od koristi. Pro\u010ditajte etikete na pakovanju ili ambala\u017ei kako biste se uverili da su svi sastojci u redu. Prilikom odlaska u restoran, raspitajte se kod konobara ili kuvara kako biste bili sigurni da ste naru\u010dili jela bez glutena, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i na\u010din na koji su pripremljena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuvajte kod ku\u0107e<\/strong>: Najlak\u0161i na\u010din da va\u0161e dete konzumira\u00a0hranu bez glutena jeste da obroke pripremate sami kod ku\u0107e.
