Ljudi, naime, veruju da je kvalitetna hrana po pravilu uvek i jako skupa. Ipak, to su pogre\u0161na uverenja.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u010cinjenice ka\u017eu da zdrava hrana ne mora mnogo da vas ko\u0161ta, i zapravo mo\u017ee da vam u\u0161tedi novac. Dodu\u0161e, to zahteva odre\u0111en trud. Nedavna studija koju je sprovelo Ministarstvo za poljoprivredu SAD (USDA) pokazala je da ako se prati takozvani &#8222;Plan kupovine jeftinijih namirnica&#8220;, porodica mo\u017ee da se hrani zdravije, i da pri tom potro\u0161i manje novca od onoga \u0161to trenutno izdvajaju za hranu.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>U istom istra\u017eivanju sa podacima iz 2009. godine navodi se kako prose\u010dna \u010detvoro\u010dlana porodica u Americi potro\u0161i $185 nedeljno za hranu. Me\u0111utim, to ne zna\u010di nu\u017eno i da su se sve vreme hranili zdravo. Sa druge strane, &#8222;Plan kupovine jeftinijih namirnica&#8220;, jedan od \u010detiri preporu\u010dena re\u017eima ishrane koje je predlo\u017eilo Ministarstvo, predstavlja potpuno zdravu ishranu, \u010detvoro\u010dlanu porodicu staje $175 nedeljno, a obuhvata 40% vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a. Kako bi ostvarili &#8222;Plan kupovine jeftinijih namirnica&#8220;, preporuka je da se prate slede\u0107e tri stavke: Plan, Kupovina i Priprema.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2>Plan<\/h2>\n<p>Jednostavni koraci i planiranje unapred mo\u017ee da vam pomogne u tome kako da u\u0161tedite novac, bez obzira na to gde obavljate nabavku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ispranirajte obroke i u\u017eine za period od nedelju dana tako \u0161to \u0107ete potra\u017eiti recepte na internetu, napraviti spisak namirnica za kupovinu i raspitati se o popustima i kuponima u novinama ili na internetu.<\/strong> \u017delite da napravite zalihe vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a?
