Ukoliko deca nisu dovoljno informisana, ili prosto ne znaju kako da naprave pravi izbor kada je njihova ishrana u pitanju, odnosno koliko kalorija treba da unose dnevno, ovaj negativni trend mo\u017ee samo da nastavi da raste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1801 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/kid-chef.jpg\" alt=\"kid-chef-u- kuhinji\" width=\"265\" height=\"400\" \/><\/strong>Od samog po\u010detka najmla\u0111i upijaju poruke o hrani i usvajaju navike u ishrani koje mogu da ih prate tokom celog \u017eivota. Jo\u0161 bolje je da deci dozvolite da sama okre\u0107u pala\u010dinke ili da organizujete porodi\u010dno takmi\u010denje u pravljenju pala\u010dinki i tako svima pove\u0107ate apetit. Kao i sa picom, deca mogu da daju svoj li\u010dni pe\u010dat i na pala\u010dinke dodaju neki preliv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ne zaboravite da se kuvanje ne svodi samo na seckanje i me\u0161anje, ve\u0107 obuhvata i postavljanje stola, pospremanje posle jela i pranje sudova!<\/strong> Naviknite decu na takve poslove dok su jo\u0161 mala, i nemojte ba\u0161 svaki put da ponovo operete sudove ili po\u010distite posle njih, smatraju\u0107i da stvari nisu dovoljno \u010diste (dok vas gledaju \u0161ta radite). Tako \u0107ete samo ostaviti utisak da u njih nemate poverenja i vrlo je verovatno da se slede\u0107i put ne\u0107e dobrovoljno javiti da ne\u0161to sli\u010dno urade. Mo\u017eda \u0107e biti potrebno da ih podstaknete da provere kako su obavila zadatak. Me\u0111utim, u skladu sa njihovim uzrastom, ukoliko smatrate da su ne\u0161to uradila najbolje \u0161to mogu, pohvalite njihov trud.
