{"id":15641,"date":"2013-12-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-12-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/kako-da-sprecite-gojaznost-kod-deteta\/"},"modified":"2013-12-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2013-12-13T00:00:00","slug":"kako-da-sprecite-gojaznost-kod-deteta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/sr\/kako-da-sprecite-gojaznost-kod-deteta\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako da spre\u010dite gojaznost kod deteta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Sti\u017eu nam praznici i dani kada deci kupujemo poklone kojima \u0107emo ih obradovati.\u00a0<\/em><!--more--> Me\u0111utim, va\u017eno je da pored omiljene igra\u010dke, knjige i ostalih stvari, pripazimo da im ne &#8222;poklonimo&#8220; i hranu koja direktno uti\u010de na gojaznost mali\u0161ana (\u0161to je svakako ne\u0161to \u0161to nisu tra\u017eili, ni \u017eeleli). Jer, praznici su sinonim za trpezu prepunu raznih tradicionalnih \u0111akonija i masnih jela. Ipak, postoje na\u010dini kako da, sa jedne strane, ispo\u0161tujemo tradiciju, a sa druge da u\u017eivamo u prazni\u010dnoj atmosferi, bez dobijanja na te\u017eini.<\/p>\n<h2>Gojaznost kod dece<\/h2>\n<p>Podaci Centra za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti pokazuju da se<strong> u poslednjih 30 godina broj dece koja su gojazna vi\u0161e nego udvostru\u010dio, odnosno da je trostruko vi\u0161e gojaznih adolescenata.<\/strong> Samo u 2010. godini vi\u0161e od tre\u0107ine dece i adolescenata imalo je problema sa prekomernom te\u017einom ili sa gojazno\u0161\u0107u. Dok ovakva statistika predstavlja veliki izazov, ne samo za lekare ve\u0107 i za roditelje koji se suo\u010davaju sa ovim problemom, ipak je i dalje mogu\u0107e da se stvari promene na bolje. &#8222;Svima je te\u0161ko da promene svoje navike, mada \u0107e va\u0161a deca sigurno to lak\u0161e u\u010diniti nego vi&#8220;, ka\u017ee dr. Valentin Fuster, na\u010delnik kardiologije Mount Sinai bolnice u Njujorku. &#8222;Ne odla\u017eite i ne odustajte od brige za svoje zdravlje. Pomaganje deci da formiraju zdrave navike je velika stvar i ne\u0161to na \u010demu \u0107e vam biti zahvalna do kraja \u017eivota&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je, zapravo, gojaznost?<\/h2>\n<p>Pre svega je va\u017eno da se napravi razlika izme\u0111u termina &#8222;prekomerna te\u017eina&#8220; i &#8222;gojaznost\u201d. <strong>&#8222;Prekomerna te\u017eina&#8220; se defini\u0161e kao prevelika telesna masa koja poti\u010de od masti, mi\u0161i\u0107a, kostiju, vode ili kombinacije ovih faktora, za odre\u0111enu telesnu visinu. &#8222;Gojaznost&#8220;, pak, predstavlja prekomerno nagomilavanje masnog tkiva u organizmu.<\/strong><sup>1<\/sup> Ipak, oba problema nastaju kao rezultat kalorijskog disbalansa, odnosno premalo je utro\u0161enih kalorija u odnosu na one koje su unete, na \u0161ta uti\u010de genetika, pona\u0161anje kao i okru\u017eenje pojedinca. Prekomerna te\u017eina, kao i gojaznost, razlog su za zabrinutost, posebno kada su u pitanju mala deca. Imaju\u0107i ove definicije u vidu, va\u017eno je napomenuti da samo na osnovu observacije nije mogu\u0107e odrediti da li deca pate od prekomerne te\u017eine ili su gojazna samo zato \u0161to imaju koji koligram vi\u0161ka. U obzir se uzima i oblik tela. kao i faze razvoja deteta. U odre\u0111ivanju da li te\u017eina va\u0161eg deteta predstavlja zdravstveni problem mo\u017ee da vam pomogne lekar koriste\u0107i grafikone rasta i ostale parametre.<\/p>\n<h2>Po\u010detak gojaznosti<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1384\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/dsc05942-jpg_l-250x187.jpg\" alt=\"obesity\" width=\"250\" height=\"187\" \/>Deca mogu da postanu gojazna na mnogo na\u010dina.<sup>2<\/sup> Tipi\u010dni faktori rizika koji vode do de\u010dije gojaznosti su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nezdrava ishrana<\/strong>: Svakodnevno konzumiranje visoko kalori\u010dne hrane, uklju\u010duju\u0107i gazirane sokove, slatki\u0161e, torte i kola\u010de i druge namirnice sa prevelikim sadr\u017eajem masno\u0107a i \u0161e\u0107era u sebi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Premalo fizi\u010dke aktivnosti:<\/strong> Deca koja nisu fizi\u010dki aktivna, i koja vreme provode na pasivan na\u010din ispred televizora ili kompjutera igraju\u0107i igrice, ne mogu da potro\u0161e kalorije koje su uneli u organizam putem nezdrave hrane.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Genetika<\/strong>: Ako je dete ro\u0111eno u porodici gojaznih ljudi, ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e ono, tako\u0111e, biti gojazno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Psiholo\u0161ki faktori<\/strong>: Deca mogu da potra\u017ee utehu u hrani kako bi se izborila sa emotivnim problemima poput stresa i depresije.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Socio-ekonomski faktori:<\/strong> Jeftinija, brza hrana sa du\u017eim rokom trajanja iz prodavnice ili kioska nije i najzdravija opcija za vas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Posledice gojaznosti<\/h2>\n<p>Gojaznost ostavlja trenutne, ali i dugoro\u010dne posledice kod dece<sup>3<\/sup>, uklju\u010duju\u0107i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pove\u0107ava se rizik da takva deca obole od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, kao \u0161to su povi\u0161en nivo holesterola i visok krvni pritisak.<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u0107a je opasnost da obole od dijabetesa.<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u0107an je rizik od problema sa kostima i zglobovima, prestanka disanja u snu, dru\u0161tvenih i psiholo\u0161kih problema (takvi ljudi malo cene sebe i \u010desto su depresivni).<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e deca biti gojazna kada odrastu, sa rizikom od sr\u010danih oboljenja, dijabetesa tipa 2, mo\u017edanog udara, raka i osteoartritisa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da su deca koja su ve\u0107 sa dve godine postala gojazna imala ve\u0107e \u0161anse da takva ostanu i kada odrastu, dok je kod 50 odsto svih odraslih ljudi zabele\u017eena gojaznost u detinjstvu.<sup>4<\/sup> Kao \u0161to doktorka Fuster iz Mount Sinai bolnice isti\u010de, va\u017eno je da se \u0161to ranije zapo\u010dne borba sa gojazno\u0161\u0107u, kako bi se smanjio rizik od budu\u0107ih zdravstvenih problema.<\/p>\n<h2>Na koji na\u010din gojaznost mo\u017ee da se spre\u010di?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1386\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/snowman-quail-egg-christmas-bento_l-250x226.jpg\" alt=\"snowman-quail-egg-christmas-bento_l\" width=\"250\" height=\"226\" \/>Postoji mnogo na\u010dina koji mogu da vam pomognu da spre\u010dite da va\u0161e dete postane gojazno. <strong>Tu su na prvom mestu zdrave \u017eivotne navike, kao \u0161to su pravilna ishrana i fizi\u010dka aktivnost.<\/strong> Ako dete kao malo stekne ovakve navike, smanjuje se rizik da dete postane gojazno kao i da oboli od bolesti koje gojaznost nosi sa sobom. <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/SR\/zdrave-navike-dece-krecu-iz-kuce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zdrave navike u ishrani po\u010dinju kod ku\u0107e<\/a>, ali na njih tako\u0111e pozitivno mogu da uti\u010du i \u0161kola, sredstva informisanja, kompanije koje se bave proizvodnjom hrane i pi\u0107a i industrija zabave. Za decu je va\u017eno da prave razliku izme\u0111u marketin\u0161kih poruka i onoga \u0161to je zaista dobro i zdravo. Ovo su samo jo\u0161 neki od na\u010dina kako da se izborite sa gojazno\u0161\u0107u mali\u0161ana:<sup>5<\/sup><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zaka\u017eite godi\u0161nji lekarski pregled kod svog pedijatra<\/strong>: Tokom pregleda, doktor \u0107e izmeriti visinu i te\u017einu deteta, i na osnovu toga izvr\u0161iti procenu rizika od gojaznosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Neka dete u\u010di na va\u0161em primeru<\/strong>: Pozovite dete da vam se pridru\u017ei dok jedete zdravu hranu ili dok ve\u017ebate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Neka se dete \u0161to vi\u0161e bavi sportom:<\/strong> Sport koji gledaju na televiziju jo\u0161 je interesantniji ako se njime bave. Neka dete zapo\u010dne sa treninzima u nekom od lokalnih sportskih klubova, zajedno sa drugarima iz \u0161kole. Tako \u0107e vi\u0161e vremena provoditi napolju i bi\u0107e vi\u0161e fizi\u010dki aktivno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne koristite hranu kao sistem nagrade i kazne:<\/strong> Davanjem slatki\u0161a detetu kao nagradu ili njihovim uskra\u0107ivanjem po principu kazne nau\u010di\u0107ete dete da donosi nezdrave navike u budu\u0107nosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Istaknite ono \u0161to je pozitivno<\/strong>: Podstaknite dete da se igra napolju i jede sve\u017ee namirnice tako \u0161to \u0107ete mu objasniti za\u0161to je dobro da to radi (neka dete to ne do\u017eivi kao ne\u0161to naporno).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budite strpljivi<\/strong>: Prilikom odre\u0111ivanja gojaznosti uzima se visina deteta, pa ako ono jo\u0161 uvek raste, dajte mu vremena pre nego \u0161to izvedete brzoplete zaklju\u010dke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Saveti kako da spre\u010dite gojaznost deteta tokom praznika<\/h2>\n<p>Postoji mnogo na\u010dina kako mo\u017eete da spre\u010dite da se va\u0161e dete previ\u0161e ugoji ili postane gojazno tokom praznika. Samo zato \u0161to smo ostavili pun tanjir kola\u010di\u0107a za Deda Mraza na Badnje ve\u010de ne zna\u010di da iste treba i da pojedemo do poslednje mrvice! Evo nekoliko saveta \u0161ta mo\u017eete da u\u010dinite da va\u0161a deca nastave zdravo da se hrane i tokom praznika:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Planirajte unapred<\/strong>: Priprema hrane u poslednji \u010das \u010desto dovede do nezdravih obroka. Izdvojite vi\u0161e vremena za pripremu jela, nabavku sve\u017eih namirnica koje \u0107ete da koristite dok kuvate kako biste izbegli smrznuta jela ili hranu iz konzerve.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ograni\u010dite porcije<\/strong>: Cela porodica uvek jedva \u010deka da na red do\u0111u torte i kola\u010di koji se tradicionalno spremaju za praznike. Me\u0111utim, to ne zna\u010di da treba da ih konzumirate u velikoj meri. Dozvolite deci da probaju jedan kola\u010d ili manje par\u010de od svakoga i bi\u0107e time zadovoljna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budite im uzor<\/strong>: Ako vas deca vide kako jedete povr\u0107e koje ste prethodno stavili u marinadu i izgrilovali, po\u017eele\u0107e i sama da ga probaju.<sup>6<\/sup><\/li>\n<li><strong>Unesite novine u svoje recepte<\/strong>: Za\u0161to ove godine ne biste promenili na\u010din pripreme dezerta. Umesto \u010dokolade mo\u017eete da upotrebite vo\u0107e.
