Prvo kre\u0107u pripreme za novogodi\u0161nje i bo\u017ei\u0107ne praznike, a potom i u\u017eivanje u ovim danima. Prazni\u010dna atmosfera \u010dini ljude sre\u0107nijim i spremnijim da se zabavljaju. Mnogo se vi\u0161e dru\u017ei i odlazi na slave rodbine i prijatelja. \u010covek \u010desto pretera u &#8222;i\u0107u i pi\u0107u&#8220; u \u017eelji da se opusti. Negde je trpeza posna, a negde je mrsna. Me\u0111utim, bez obzira na trpezu, ukoliko se pretera simptomi se javljaju.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se \u017eeludac preoptereti, po\u010dinje da se buni, a signali su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goru\u0161ica<\/li>\n<li>Nadimanje<\/li>\n<li>Gasovi<\/li>\n<li>Bolovi u \u017eeludcu<\/li>\n<li>Zatvor<\/li>\n<li>Dijareja<\/li>\n<li>Glavobolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/housewife-headache.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6400\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/housewife-headache.jpg\" alt=\"housewife-headache\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bilans nakon praznika bude uglavnom vi\u0161ak kilograma (manji ili ve\u0107i) sa kiselinom u \u017eelucu.<\/p>\n<h2>Slede\u0107e tri stvari bi svako trebalo da ima na umu:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><i>Misliti o svome zdravlju i tokom praznika, opustiti se, ali ne preterivati<\/i>. To bi zna\u010dilo da svako treba da u\u017eiva, ali isto tako i da prepozna signal kada da stane.<\/li>\n<li><i>Postiti ili uraditi detoksikaciju tela pre praznika.<\/i> Na taj na\u010din \u0107e se organizam osloboditi \u0161tetnih materija i osna\u017eiti za predstoje\u0107i hladni period.<\/li>\n<li><i>Osnovno pravilo slavlja je okupljanje najmilijih oko trpeze. <\/i>Kada su ljudi u dru\u0161tvu bliskih osoba i podeljena \u0161argarepa \u0107e biti sla\u0111a. Bitno je dru\u017eiti se i slatko podeliti onoliko koliko doma\u0107ini mogu da poslu\u017ee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/healty-lunch.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6399\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/healty-lunch.jpg\" alt=\"healty-lunch\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Kako pripremiti zdraviju prazni\u010dnu trpezu?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Slu\u017eiti \u0161to vi\u0161e sve\u017eih salata koje \u0107e ubla\u017eiti dejstvo ja\u010dih jela. Razno povr\u0107e ise\u0107i na \u0161tapi\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Salate prelivati nerafinisanim uljem (suncokretovo, susamovo, maslinovo) i limunovim sokom.<\/li>\n<li>Ne dozvoliti da se povr\u0107e tokom termi\u010dke obrade raskuva. Ve\u0107ina povr\u0107a ne mora da se termi\u010dki obra\u0111uje te se mo\u017ee ostaviti da bude hrskavo.<\/li>\n<li>Meso je najbolje pripremati u sopstvenom soku.<\/li>\n<li>Skidati ko\u017eicu i vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e gde je to mogu\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Mle\u010dni proizvodi neka budu sa \u0161to manjim procentom masno\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Smanjiti masno\u0107u tokom pripreme jela.<\/li>\n<li>Da bi jela bila ukusnija, koristiti sve\u017ee ili su\u0161ene biljne za\u010dine. (Vegeta ili za\u010din C su puni ve\u0161ta\u010dkih aroma, poja\u010diva\u010da ukusa i soli, a jelima daje sli\u010dan ukus.)<\/li>\n<li>Tokom pripreme pita, polovinu ulja kojom se prskaju kore, zameniti kiselom vodom ili mlekom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/family-sitting-for-meal-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6398\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/family-sitting-for-meal-1.jpg\" alt=\"family-sitting-for-meal\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kada se jela zapr\u017eavaju koristiti hladne zapr\u0161ke koje se pripremaju na slede\u0107i na\u010din. U jednoj \u010diniji \u00a0pome\u0161ati bra\u0161no, ulje, vodu i ostale za\u010dine, te sipati u jelo i dobro prome\u0161ati. Klasi\u010dna zapr\u0161ka se pravi zagrevanjem masno\u0107e pa dodavanjem ostalih sastojaka. Kada se zagreva masno\u0107a, dolazi do stvaranja raznih \u0161tetnih materija po organizam, a ujedno mo\u017ee da izazove gore navedene simptome.<\/li>\n<li>Koristiti \u0161to vi\u0161e integralnog bra\u0161na u pripremi pekarskih proizvoda, jer biljna vlakna upijaju \u0161tetne materije te se lak\u0161e izbace iz organizma.
