Cilj svakog roditelja je da odgaji dobro, obrazovano i zdravo dete.<\/em>\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u017divimo u svetu brze, preterano obra\u0111ene i zapakovane hrane, te\u0161ko je da se uspostave zdrave navike u ishrani, pogotovu kod dece, ali nije nemogu\u0107e. Masna, slana hrana prepuna kalorija koju deca jedu u kombinaciji sa ozbiljnim nedostatkom fizi\u010dke aktivnosti uzrokuje prekomernu te\u017einu i gojaznost, koja kasnije mo\u017ee da dovede do drugih zdravstvenih tegoba.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog toga je veoma va\u017eno da se zdravi obrasci u ishrani razviju u najranijem \u017eivotu, \u0161to dovodi do dugotrajne koristi. Prezentacija obroka je veoma va\u017ena. Deca vole da vide lepo dekorisanu hranu u svojim tanjirima. Tako\u0111e ih privla\u010di hrana veli\u010dine zalogaja razli\u010ditih boja i oblika. Roditelji mogu da postanu kreativni u kuhinji i naprave obroke koji \u0107e izgledati kao de\u010diji omiljeni crta\u0107i ili TV heroji, \u017eivotinje i ptice napravljene od povr\u0107a, mede napravljene od pirin\u010da, salate sa nasmejanim licima, bubamare napravljene od \u010deri paradajza i maslina itd.
