Zbog \u010dega za kola\u010di\u0107ima, tortama i bombonama \u017eude pojednako i deca i odrasli? Da li ste primetili kako se lice mali\u0161ana ozari kada ugledaju neki slatki\u0161?<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nema tu mnogo tajni, ono \u0161to privla\u010di ljude svih uzrasta je \u0161e\u0107er koji se nalazi u poslasticama. Me\u0111utim, ukoliko se konzumira u prekomernim koli\u010dinama, taj isti \u0161e\u0107er sa sobom nosi rizik od pojave raznih zdravstvenih problema. Kod dece, tako, previ\u0161e \u0161e\u0107era mo\u017ee da dovede do propadanja zuba i karijesa, gojaznosti, kao i nedostataka u ishrani.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Ipak nije sve tako crno. Rezultati istra\u017eivanjima Mayo Clinic pokazuju da se smanjuje unos \u0161e\u0107era iz godine u godinu kod najmla\u0111e populacije. Konkretno, deca su konzumirala manje industrijski prera\u0111enog \u0161e\u0107era u 2012. u odnosu na period od pre dve godine. To je vi\u0161e od koli\u010dine koja se preporu\u010duje &#8211; pet do 15 odsto, kako je navedeno publikaciji &#8222;Dijetetske Smernice za Amerikance&#8220;.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je \u0161e\u0107er?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1981\" src=\"http:\/\/novakdjokovicfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/mgylQrK-508x340.jpg\" alt=\"sugar\" width=\"508\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u0160e\u0107er je sastojak koga ima u gotovo svemu \u0161to kupujemo u supermarketu, posebno kada je u pitanju prera\u0111ena hrana: namirnice poput hleba, bezalkoholna pi\u0107a i sladoled<strong>.<\/strong> &#8222;\u0160e\u0107er&#8220; danas nazivamo raznim imenima. Tako postoji beli \u0161e\u0107er, braon \u0161e\u0107er, sirov \u0161e\u0107er, kukuruzni sirup, visoko fruktozni kukuruzni sirup, zasla\u0111iva\u010d, melasa, kristal \u0161e\u0107er, itd.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Po re\u010dima Ameri\u010dke asocijacije kardiologa (AHA) svaki gram \u0161e\u0107era sadr\u017ei \u010detiri kalorije. Tako obrok koji ima 15 grama \u0161e\u0107era sadr\u017ei 60 &#8222;slatkih&#8220; kalorija. Od svih unetih kalorija tog obroka tih 60 su ono \u0161to nazivamo &#8222;prazne kalorije&#8220;, zato \u0161to nemaju nikakve nutritivne vrednosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Rizici prekomerne konzumacije \u0161e\u0107era<\/h2>\n<p>Prekomerna konzumacija \u0161e\u0107era kod dece mo\u017ee da dovede do slede\u0107ih zdravstvenih problema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Karijes<\/strong>: Previ\u0161e \u0161e\u0107era dovodi do propadanja zuba, \u0161to je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a hroni\u010dna bolest u detinjstvu, prema re\u010dima stru\u010dnjaka iz Ameri\u010dke asocijacije stomatologa. Nakon \u0161to mali\u0161an po\u010dne da jede \u0161e\u0107er, ta slatka hrana po\u010dinje odmah da se razla\u017ee u usnoj duplji, a kao proizvod nastaju kiseline koje o\u0161te\u0107uju \u010dvrsta zubna tkiva i dovode do karijesa. Lizalice, gumene bombone i slatka bezalkoholna pi\u0107a pove\u0107avaju rizik od kvarenja zuba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gojaznost:<\/strong> Prekomerna konzumacija \u0161e\u0107era nosi sa sobom rizik od gojaznosti mali\u0161ana i ostalih zdravstvenih problema sa tim u vezi. Poznato je da su zasla\u0111ena bezalkoholna pi\u0107a klju\u010d de\u010dije gojaznosti. Svaka \u010da\u0161a takvog pi\u0107a pove\u0107ava rizik od gojaznosti za 1,6%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lo\u0161a ishrana:<\/strong> \u0160e\u0107er ne sadr\u017ei hranljive materije. Kada dete konzumira slatku hranu, ono ne unosi vitamine i nutritivne sastojke koji su potrebni za njegov pravilan rast i razvoj.
