NDF and Our Volunteers Celebrate International Volunteer Day
December the 5th is known as International Volunteer Day worldwide.
Mandated by the UN General Assembly, it is viewed as a unique chance for volunteers and organizations to celebrate their efforts, to share their values, and to promote their work among their communities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), United Nations agencies, etc.
The volunteers who donate their time to the NDF are some of the smartest, kindest, loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. We count ourselves incredibly lucky to be able to benefit from their expertise and know that these individuals make the world a better place each day that they are in it.
We appreciate every second spent with them. Today was not an exception. We had fun, decorated a Christmas tree, laughed a lot.
We are looking forward to changing the future of the children in Serbia together.
