Jelena Djokovic at the Web Summit in Lisbon
The global director of the Novak Djokovic Foundation, Jelena Djokovic, will take part in one of the most prestigious technology conferences in the world, Web Summit in Lisbon, where she will talk about social media channels as powerful drivers of change in the society and humanitarian work, and be a mentor for the selected startups.
Jelena Djokovic will participate on Wednesday, November 7, in three different segments:
• Panel discussion on the topic Re-modelling philanthropy: The million follower club
Participants will discuss the current era of Instagram, in which personal branding is more powerful than ever and how we can use the power of social media to incentivize change in society.

As part of the Mentor hours, Jelena Djokovic will share her professional experience with early-stage startups about their initial entrepreneurial venture, leadership and business development.
Director of the Novak Djokovic Foundation is one of 800 speakers at the conference as a place of gathering for the large number of founders and managers of technology companies, startups, representatives of governments, international institutions and the media.
Web Summit in Lisbon was founded in 2009 and, according to Forbes, it is the world’s best technology conference with a goal to connect technology community with all industries, both new and modern as well as the traditional ones.
