How to make a passion fruit green smoothie.

Yields: 2L

Ingredients

  • 1 passion fruit
  • 10 leaves of swiss chard
  • 1 banana
  • 200 gr fresh or frozen apricots
  • Juice of 3 oranges
  • 10 pitted dates or another sweetener of your choice (honey, stevia, maple syrup etc.)
  • 1L water

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender container and secure lid.
  2. Turn the machine on and slowly increase speed to the maximum.
  3. Blend for one minute or until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve immediately.
