Job interview simulation “Let’s Speak Original” provides young people opportunity to master their job interviews through a simulated conversation with HR managers of large companies, and pursue careers they are interested in.
The event includes two parts:
- Key Note – Open lecture – distinguished speakers will discuss about job prospects in Serbia, HR activities and the job interview process led by HR managers.
- HR managers from 30 successful companies will conduct one-on-one job interview simulations with previously registered participants.
The goal of this project is to connect young people with HR managers and inform them first hand about all details and steps relevant for the application, recruitment, selection and hiring process. In addition, the participants will learn how to write a perfect CV, cover letter and recommendations as well as how to prepare for a job interview with potential employers.
